Our adoption process was outstanding from beginning to end. Nicole Ward Moore (attorney) and Jennifer Miller (paralegal) were extremely helpful and responsive throughout. Our adoption was out-of-state and during the COVID pandemic but we always felt that we were receiving expert care from our legal team. Any fees were enumerated clearly and they use a helpful/easy service for accepting payments. They realized that this is a joyful, stressful and expensive process and they acted with a personal touch that we appreciated. We are forever grateful for the work done by Nicole and Jennifer to help bring our baby Charles into our home.

We worked with Nicole for the adoption of my daughter by my now husband after she helped my brother with his family's two adoptions. Nicole is invested in the process. She makes it easy and stress free as possible. I still remember my 5 year old being so excited to speak with the family judge. Donna and Alexis and their staff have been a true blessing. They are true professionals that provided expertise and very sound advice that was needed. They were able to help my son get 50/50 custody, which he rightly deserved. They are very responsive to our concerns and was always a step ahead. One of the greatest things that was said when going through 8 longs months of back and forth, was to remove your personal feelings about the other side and forget about the wrong doings they have done and focus on the child and doing what's best for her. From there it was just being patient and continue to parent. There was always constant communication, from receiving all emails that was sent to and received from the other party and the courts. JUST EXCELLENT SERVICE AND SUPPORT!! Not sure where we would be without them. They are definitely on the Christmas list.

I'm only rating Bird Law Firm 5 stars because I'm not allowed to give it 10 stars. Although that may seem like an exaggeration of her abilities, I assure you it is not. I retained Attorney Bird in June of 2020. In addition to her professional, caring, articulate, and extremely knowledgeable services, I also received the same level of professionalism and knowledge in her paralegal, Suzanne. They helped me navigate false allegations and manipulations of an abusive soon to be ex-husband in order to protect me and my son. I cannot imagine having to work with another attorney during this time. She is the best representation that I could have asked for.

Before starting the green card process for my UK citizen husband, I was clueless and had no idea how much work, stress, fear and tears would go into it. When Natalie took my husband’s immigration case, it was at a crucial point in the process. Strapped for cash, we originally submitted application forms and documents on our own. My husband was also skeptical about lawyers because he had been burnt by one before. We had 30 days to prove eligibility for an unlawful presence waiver because the information we submitted did not adequately satisfy the grounds for the law. Natalie advised we had a good case which, if not properly presented, could easily be denied. From day one, she demonstrated her professionalism through thorough concise analysis of our case. Natalie spoke with us in easily understood language, explaining all the information/documents she would need to build our case. She set deadlines and made sure we stuck to them. Not only did she do her magic but she also reasonably designed a payment plan that we could afford. At the end of the 30 days, our documents were submitted, we were provided copies of all documents submitted along with a summary of her arguments. We were granted the waiver and Natalie kept in touch with us throughout the process. I would recommend this lawyer to all those individuals who are searching for a compassionate professional who is meticulous in the work she does.

I am so thankful that I had Sean and his team to help me through this difficult process. Their compassion and knowledge really helped to guide me. My opposition was very challenging, which created a lot of strain and stress for me, but Sean and his team were always quick to explain the situation and what our plan of action would be. If it weren't for their understanding, confidence, and support, I probably would have given up. Not only did they understand the legal process, they understood the mental process as well. Amy Goodblatt was understanding and patient with all of my questions. She was thorough and explanatory in her answers. She is very personable, which put me at ease immediately. I knew she was doing what she could for me in my circumstance, not just as my attorney, but as a person who genuinely cares for people. Periodically, she would sincerely ask and want to know how I was doing. Amy knew what to do in every step of the process. She handled the opposing side professionally, yet firmly always doing what was best for me to gain the desired outcome. I highly recommend Craig Bourne. Divorce is not easy and you must have someone on your side that is not out for themselves but for you and your family. Craig is a family man and understands the sensitive nature of divorce. There is no perfect divorce but with Craig you can assure your best interest are his top priorities. He also helped my through a bankruptcy due to the divorce. He is exceptional with finances as well. Overall, the cases were dismissed. There was a lack of communication on the attorney behalf. I wouldn’t have know anything if I wouldn’t have reached out. The case has been dismissed for almost a month and I am just finding out. Good results, just make sure you are constantly in contact with the attorney or you will be left in the dark.
