Several years ago attorney Hamilton help me with some legal matters the case was closed everything went very well. Seven years later I had an issue related to the case. I had what I believed to be was a very difficult divorce case. I owned various properties that were prior to my marriage that my spouse tried very hard to get. Paulette was honest in the law and assured me which properties would be protected and how to handle any other properties that may need to be fought. We were set for trial and then as soon as the other side received all of our evidence to be presented they quickly provided a settlement offer because they knew at that moment they would not get even half of what I tried to offer at mediation. My paralegal Angela reassured me that at this moment I had the whole ball in my court. I settled for less than I originally was willing to offer and walked away with a large part of my properties. From the moment I first called in and spoke with the office manager, Susan, I knew then my case mattered - before even spending a dime. Paulette handled my consultation with care and knowledge. She did not make me feel rushed and assured me that my worries about the cost to fight was not as important as hearing my story. That helped me feel less pressure and focus on the matter at hand. I have had multiple “free consultations” which are always rushed and never informative. Paulette did the complete opposite- we even laughed a little to help lighten the mood. My case was then assigned to my paralegal Angela, who I swear appeared very knowledgeable about the rules and procedures of my situation. She spent her time with me answering my questions, reassuring me and reminding me that this office is a team and I will never feel alone. Overall, the cases were dismissed. There was a lack of communication on the attorney behalf. I wouldn’t have know anything if I wouldn’t have reached out. The case has been dismissed for almost a month and I am just finding out. Good results, just make sure you are constantly in contact with the attorney or you will be left in the dark.

Donna and Alexis and their staff have been a true blessing. They are true professionals that provided expertise and very sound advice that was needed. They were able to help my son get 50/50 custody, which he rightly deserved. They are very responsive to our concerns and was always a step ahead. One of the greatest things that was said when going through 8 longs months of back and forth, was to remove your personal feelings about the other side and forget about the wrong doings they have done and focus on the child and doing what's best for her. From there it was just being patient and continue to parent. There was always constant communication, from receiving all emails that was sent to and received from the other party and the courts. JUST EXCELLENT SERVICE AND SUPPORT!! Not sure where we would be without them. They are definitely on the Christmas list.

When Natalie took my husband’s immigration case, it was at a crucial point in the process. Strapped for cash, we originally submitted application forms and documents on our own. My husband was also skeptical about lawyers because he had been burnt by one before. We had 30 days to prove eligibility for an unlawful presence waiver because the information we submitted did not adequately satisfy the grounds for the law. Natalie advised we had a good case which, if not properly presented, could easily be denied. From day one, she demonstrated her professionalism through thorough concise analysis of our case. Natalie spoke with us in easily understood language, explaining all the information/documents she would need to build our case. She set deadlines and made sure we stuck to them. Not only did she do her magic but she also reasonably designed a payment plan that we could afford. At the end of the 30 days, our documents were submitted, we were provided copies of all documents submitted along with a summary of her arguments. We were granted the waiver and Natalie kept in touch with us throughout the process. I would recommend this lawyer to all those individuals who are searching for a compassionate professional who is meticulous in the work she does.

I had hired several mid & upper level lawyers to deal with the most challenging, heart-wrenching event of my life. They all performed more like public defenders rather than personal attorneys; always disinterested in important details and often appearing to have had a 5-minute preparation before court. I finally found West Family Law Group and hired Adam Sackrin. I immediately noticed his sharp, "I got this" attitude... and he meant it. The best way to describe him is as an intelligent and well-prepared bulldog. Sparing the details, Mr. Sackrin had amazingly discovered a successful strategy within 24 hours of my retaining him... something so diminutive that likely only 1 in 1,000 attorneys would have caught it. Though no attorney can ever repair the heartbreak that has occurred, Mr. Sackrin does a great job of preventing more of it. Impressive!

Richard came highly recommended from a friend and exceeded my expectations. In a terrible divorce with awful and untrue allegations he fought hard for what was best for the kids and I. Adam took over after we had gotten through the worst of it and was an absolute professional and was always on top of things and keeping the process on track. I wish the world didn’t need divorce attorneys, but if you find yourself in a tough spot and have a lot to lose these are the people that you want on your side.

I am so thankful that I had Sean and his team to help me through this difficult process. Their compassion and knowledge really helped to guide me. My opposition was very challenging, which created a lot of strain and stress for me, but Sean and his team were always quick to explain the situation and what our plan of action would be. If it weren't for their understanding, confidence, and support, I probably would have given up. Not only did they understand the legal process, they understood the mental process as well. I'm only rating Bird Law Firm 5 stars because I'm not allowed to give it 10 stars. Although that may seem like an exaggeration of her abilities, I assure you it is not. I retained Attorney Bird in June of 2020. In addition to her professional, caring, articulate, and extremely knowledgeable services, I also received the same level of professionalism and knowledge in her paralegal, Suzanne. They helped me navigate false allegations and manipulations of an abusive soon to be ex-husband in order to protect me and my son. I cannot imagine having to work with another attorney during this time. She is the best representation that I could have asked for.

Chris Melendez is basically a sloth. This guy is a straight clown show. Couldn’t get his life together, understand the details, or do the work required to get my attorney the required documents in a timely manner. Waited 7 months for a financial affidavit, waited 2 weeks for a signature on a final agreement, and literally almost ran directly into trial because it took this guy two years to get his life in order. This is the epitome of taking your time and maximizing income for the firm over clients needs. Literally impossible to work with, and a waste of time. IF THIS GUY PASSED THE BAR EXAM, ANYONE CAN. GO TO LAW SCHOOL EVERYBODY!

Ok. Soooo I stumbled upon this law firm by googling "Best Law Firms" and Oh, am I glad I did! Mr. Baker was very thorough, patient and super professional. He was able to answer ANY and all questions that I threw at him. I started the process of an annulment on the 13th of April and it was finalized on the 26th of May! ???????????????????????????? You're talking about Happy? That was me that day! I was expecting delays (because of the situation) but God did it and The Virga Law Firm put it to play! I HIGHLY recommended this firm ????%!!!

Attorney Joseph Baker gave me some very insightful advice and recommendations. I really liked his professionalism and his ability to be understanding and courteous to my issues at hand. He gives free consultations, which to me is utterly important and was willing to see me face to face. Even during these trying times, Joseph wants to meet his clients in person. Kudos for that! His retention price is very reasonable and affordable compared to many other attorneys out there. Joseph also has high reviews on AVVO and in google reviews. He introduced himself at the start and is extremely polite. He was not condescending at all, nor did he try to throw out there any titles of where he went to law school. Attorney Roberts is respectful, professional, and kind! I had the opportunity to virtually meet him over zoom, and it was a wonderful experience. I had never personally met Mr. Roberts, but I knew of his successful law firm in Orlando. As a college student majoring in legal studies, I was tasked with interviewing an attorney (I didn’t know) for my class assignment. Having heard great things, I reached out to Mr. Roberts via email to see if he would be willing to give advice and share experiences from his legal journey. I received a response that same day, and he was more than willing to lend a helping hand! The fact that Mr. Roberts took time out of his busy schedule to meet with a random student who needed help with a class assignment meant the world to me, and I am forever grateful.
