Family Law deals most often with divorce. It's obviously not a field enveloped with a positive vibe as heart-broken clients sort out their fears, sorrow, hostility, and anxiety. But Ruvolo Law Group was able to recognize these emotions, allow me to experience them, and then keep me moving forward with my head up. They helped me see that, with children involved, divorce isn't really the end; the marriage may be over but the relationship must continue to be grounded in respect for the sake of the children. I could not have dreamt up a better lawyer than Melissa. With any divorce there is a rollercoaster of emotions throughout the process, but Melissa made it so, that when I was talking to her about my assets and my future, there was not a speck of stress worry, or doubt. Best experience. I live in Washington and was served custody in New Jersey. I searched, made multiple calls and kept getting referred to Kisha Hebbon. Soon as I called and spoke with her for 5 min. I knew I found the custody attorney I needed. Being 2500 miles away and a 3 hour time zone difference. Everything worked out. I flew in, and Kesha meet me at the court house all ready. Within 3 hours, my ex and I came to an agreement that was a win for both and our kids. I believe this all happened, because of Kisha. She was known by the judge, the other attorney. I had a child support/custody case with my daughters father and from the beginning she was always very helpful and upfront and she even was very encouraging in telling us to work it out of court if possible. The day of the trial she was very professional and also explained everything so that I would understand what was going on. At one point she even encouraged me and my daughters father to sit and talk alone and we actually came up with a verbal agreement and we were able to resolve our issue out of the court system. Steven is unlike any other lawyer I’ve worked with in the past, and I’ve worked with some of the best in the country. One of my past attorney’s was my ex wife’s father, who had 50 years of experience and was a former prosecutor. There are two types of lawyers. One who can get things done because of connections. This type of lawyer is dishonest, albeit a good lawyer, but a dirt bag who will do anything for money, literally anything. The other is a smart, honest advocate who protects, and advances his clients interests. Steven is Intelligent enough to find the flaw in an adversary’s actions, and exploit it. He is especially good at destroying false allegations with undeniable truth. Watching Steven deliver an oral argument is worth every cent. So humiliated was opposing council, that he didn’t even come to the hearing; he conferenced in, and proceeded to be absolutely shredded by Steven’s argument. I was flabbergasted how good Steven’s oral argument was. His voice is loud, and commands respect. Judges respect and admire Steven because they know he is honest. I can not stress how important this is. His skill exposes corruption, and shines a light on the very system designed to guarantee the rights of individuals. When you hear an attorney absolutely crush the adversary; when you witness a Judge agree with Steven, without taking a recess to make his decision, you begin to understand the value Steven brings. Steven is the Legal Lion, because he is the King of the jungle. I’d put my money on Steven. He’s good. He’s much better than the adversary, and our adversaries were some of the best attorneys in the NJ. Highly recommended. I can’t say enough about Steven. I had some truly unique problems with my divorce. Not only did Steven meet me the same day I called him (even though he didn’t have the time), he understood exactly what approach was needed to resolve my challenges. I stumbled online on this law firm to get a representation to remove the condition on my greencard after my divorce. This is by far the best law firm everyone can wish for. I've spoken to several law firms including an in-person consultation prior to covid. Judith was professional, courteous, she took her time explaining how their law firm works, who I would potentially work with on my case and the fees.
