My ex and I could have an uncontested divorce through mediator. The mediator told us the divorce process could be very expensive and we could choose the mediation and get an agreement to divorce. Miklos, however, advocated that the divorce is simple and found all her questionable ways to squeeze money out of her clients. My ex is a simple and sick person (serious depression and think money is not important). Miklos has successfully squeezed around $40,000 out of him while our case still has long way to go. Miklos is a also a dishonest person. She could call me a liar in court while she knew absolutely nothing about the event occurred. She is an old lady pretending to be nice. Watch your wallet. You would think going with a major law firm would be more beneficial but it is not with Weinberger. My attorney did not explain what I'm entitled to and she gave me no guidance throughout the process. She told me things that were not true and when I confronted her about it she she ignored my concern about it. Towards the end of my divorce process Weinberger switched my attorney which is fine but then when I asked a few questions about the documents my previous attorney wrote up I was informed I would have to pay more money for my new attorney to look into it because she didn't write up the document but if I still had the original attorney working on my case it wouldn't cost me anything. Even though it is not my fault I still would have to pay according to them. It also took this law firm a full year after my divorce was finalized to change the deed of the house. They blamed it in Covid but what they didn't know is I was in touch with the county clerks office and Weinberger kept screwing up the paperwork and not paying the right amount to finalize the paperwork. I don't recommend this law firm at all.

I can't recommend divorce attorney Vito Brunetti to anyone who is seeking marriage divorce. The attorney doesn't listen to their clients. Instead, he narrates well rehearsed narratives over the phone to fill in the 30 minute intervals and you can't even ask a question. He is rude, unprofessional and can't distinguish K-1 Schedule from 1099 on income taxes. I've lost time and thousands of dollars by working with him and had to find another attorney to continue with my case.

I hired Artusa Law firm for my mediation divorce case. I was extremely pleased with the process as well as the result. Santo Artusa as a mediator was professional, patient and fair. He understood the sensitivity in the divorce case, and he was able to deliver the professionalism to achieve the ultimate result that made the breaking couple happy. I highly recommend his service. UPDATE: I previously gave Santo a good review for his services. However, due to his sloppy work and the poor wording in our settlement agreement, we needed to return to him for clarification. Instead of providing clarification, he requested for information and charged us for it. During this phone call, he provide no feedback, show no responsibility or care for his work. Instead he asked us to send him more information and then have 2nd call with him, to which he would charge us. In the meantime, he provided no feedback to the information we sent him. He also blew off our 2nd phone call and never followed up to reschedule. When we finally got the 2nd phone call scheduled, he was no show, again! I am NOT pleased with this service especially it has affected our deadlines, and we wasted our time and money. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIS SERVICE TO ANYONE.

I am writing this because I was once in your shoes. Researching a lawyer that made me feel like I could breathe again. Reading reviews and thinking “okay is this individual the right one.” Mr. Sico who I now call Steve was referred to me by another attorney who advised me “your case is above my head.” I called Steve and immediately felt relief. I remember saying this is the one. Steve picked up on things that no other attorney found, he asked questions and provided paths that no one else recommended. I was in a dark place, my world was completely upside down. Unbeknownst to me, I was involved in a “flip home” with con-artists who purposely left me holding the bag. When Steve found out how low I was in my life, he immediately protected me. I cried in his office the first time I met him in person, I was completely broken. He told to “enjoy the weekend and don’t even think about this situation.” I was in shock because for months this was all I thought about. Let me tell you, I enjoyed my weekend for the first time in a long time. Steve and Connie both checked in on me regularly, not as client, as a friend. He truly cares about his clients and he fights for them. He would contact me with information and I would listen to him, trusting his guidance. Getting to Sico is quite easy. I simply booked an appointment online and the next day, I found him waiting for me. He is a very humble guy compared to most lawyers that I interacted with in the past.
