I came to Sara to probate my sister's estate. I found her on Google and took a chance and I am really glad I did. She was such a pleasure to work with. I did a lot of stuff virtual due to COVID, I wasn't comfortable leaving my house and I just love how she was willing to work with me over the phone and zoom. I finally got the chance to meet her in person when I went to sign my paperwork and she and her entire staff were so friendly! I just can't speak highly enough about them. Due to the courthouses being closed and her office having to shut down due to COVID exposure, it did take a little longer than expected but we are in the midst of a global pandemic, so that is completely understanding. Losing anyone and dealing with everything they left behind is extremely overwhelming, but Sara really made this as easy and pleasant as it could have possibly been. I hope I don't have to go through any of this again anytime soon but if I do, I will definitely be contacting her. Another thing I appreciate about her, when we were opening my sister's estate, she took the time to ask me about my own estate to see if I had any documents prepared for me and I did not. My sister died sudden and unexpectedly without a will and we are in the middle of doing my personal estate documents so that my family can avoid going through all of this with me when I pass away. I really appreciate that she took the time to check on my personal estate plan because it was just not on my mind at the time.
