What they do is take your information, decide whether or not your case will bring them enough money in, and never contact you again. I was told I'd receive a call back, I did not. I called and emailed to follow up, nothing. This is highly unprofessional behavior. If a free consultation is not what you offer, please remove the claim from your website. Some people are dealing with difficult situations, and to be treated in this manner only makes things worse.
