Secretary lady named Mar answering phones is VERY rude! Please don’t hire them to represent you. I had a horrible experience with Maeisha and Tony, they’re the paralegals. Very rude and had to push them for everything and still didn’t get everything I was supposed to and a low settlement. I basically had to do most things on my own and follow up on them. Justin Walker is a confident and experienced trial lawyer who does not fear the big corporate world. On one occasion during the depositions with the defendant, I said to myself: I’m glad Justin is on my side of the case and not against me. As any experienced lawyer, Mr. Walker is quick at picking up and understanding critical details. Even though it is usually difficult in the current corporate environment to prove discrimination, Mr. Walker took my case with the understanding that the law prohibits retaliation as much as discrimination. All other lawyers that I consulted prior to Mr. Walker did not see retaliation as a basis for my case.
