I was tboned by a truck who ran a red light and I had no health insurance, I had lost my job from the injuries and I had to have surgery on my shoulder, I was in a very vulnerable situation, but Tom and his assistants took care of my case and made me feel important and got me the money I needed and deserved. I was in a car accident over 3 years ago and I originally had another attorney who wasn’t the best. I was referred to Tom from a friend and he was incredible from the very start....including Bailey, the paralegal. They made my entire process stress free and easy! This group is very professional, hard working and they really took the time to make sure everything went smoothly & in a timely manner! The communication I’ve had with them was superb. Hopefully, I won’t have anymore accidents but if I do, Tom is definitely one phone call away. I appreciate their service!

Chelsea is awesome. She is a great attorney and treats you with such respect. Chelsea listens and explains everything in detail and is just up front about things. We used Ashley Hart to help us with a traffic ticket our 16 year old received . Ashley was quick to get back to us and tell us exactly what we needed to do. She came back to us the following day with a plan of action and followed through with it. All was taken care of in a matter of days. I would highly recommend using Ashley!!!! I haven't had much experience with any attorneys. But the Depasquesle attorney office is amazing!! You get an attorney set to your certain case and him and his secretary stick by your side through it all. Over Emails or phone. I highly recommend this office to anyone that is seeking any help in any way of form!! My attorney Russel and his secretary Nichole made me feel so comfortable and trust them! My family worked with Dr. Samuel Cullan and Dr. Gene Cullan on a case involving a serious injury due to an accident to one of our precious children. It was an extremely stressful time in our family and they took the stress off our shoulders. This firm is compassionate, law abiding and extremely helpful. No question is a dumb question unless you don't ask! Very knowledgeable and upstanding noble team! I worked with Pamela the paralegal who answered all of my emails even if they were in the middle of the night.My attorney was Dr Sam Cullan and that law office stuck by my side throughout the whole situation and answered all of my questions. I’ve tried calling multiple times and every time someone puts me on hold and then hangs up, or they say they will have my lawyer or case manager call me back and never do. I understand they are busy! But I have not been able to communicate with Adam, it’s extremely frustrating because communication is key!

I spent nearly 20 minutes on the line with the legal Assistant, who advised how "top notch, professional and great" this legal team is. They are clearly only interested in money, not people, because she persistently informed me that they only take million dollar+ cases. So she couldn't guarantee I'd get a call back... Never did, so I'd say it's evident that this firm is not about working for the almighty people, just the "almighty" dollar. Sad.

I called to get advice about a possible case. The receptionist who answered the phone was very very nice and professional. She listened to what I had to say and she transferred me to Kyle McRae who was very very very rude, he keep interrupting me while I was trying to explain to him why I am seeking help. He keep raising is voice talking over me, you can tell he was losing patience with me. He finally tells me to call another lawyer and hung up in my face. The only reason why I am giving one star is because of the nice receptionist.

In 2019, Wendt Law Firm represented me as a result of an auto accident which sent me to the ICU at NKCH. We have recently reached a settlement with the insurance companies involved. I do feel compelled to offer a review of their services that I found were professional by all the people I had contact with during their representation of my case. Sam Wendt, Nick Hillyard and Jeff Scurlock all did a great job in their various capacities. I believe Sam negotiated hard for the best outcome. Throughout the 18 months I had almost weekly contact with Rosalie Borgardts who was the paralegal assigned to me. She was very responsive and was always available to answer or help me with any questions I had. This is very important when you are a victim navigating through a totally new experience.

McShane and Brady have been helping me with an auto accident. With this being my first situation, in an auto accident and hiring an attorney, they have made this experience such a breeze for me.
