I was very wary about seeking advice/representation from a lawyer after my accident. However, after learning I would have to fight the at fault party's insurance company in order for them to reimburse me for my medical treatment, I decided to give it a shot. I'm so happy with the way my case turned out with Baumgartner Law. When I first received a call from the law firm, I felt immediately sympathized with after witnessing the tragic death of my dog from a dog attack and walking away with my own injuries. So far so good.. he has been very responsive to my friends case. And acted immediately, and I would like to see what the end result is, I pray for a great outcome. My friends case is pretty severe, and he's looking at a very difficult case, but has assured me he will do what he can. Not the cheapest lawyer but... When it is somebodies life it's not about the cheapest lawyer and for a difficult case like such, I know the price is not that bad... I will continue to update my review and I hope for the best. I spoke with a beautiful man... I had some issues about my landlord and this man was so informative it was unbelievable... though he was not able to take my case due to location he was a breath of fresh air.... if there is anyone and I mean anyone that is a person of color and needs help in the Denver area I would definitely request specifically Adam... this man is from New York and he’s knows the truth... i’m telling you this man was an angel... if only The world sees like this man... if only Attorney‘s heart was like this man... I believe police would be very careful on the way they pursue innocent civilian lives... my family is going through pure hell and again though Adam could not help he was very informational.. he was so comforting... this company had the right idea by hiring this wonderful man he will bring in lots of money... get your own law firm Adam!! Bowman Law is such an amazing law firm. The staff is so helpful and always willing to bend over backwards for others. Whenever I had an issue, Jerry and his staff would drop everything to make sure I felt comfortable. Adding to that, Bowman Law settled my case for an incredible amount. Dan Sloan started a possible case then just dropped it for no good reason. I guess he felt he could not work with me! I was not impressed with this guy at all. And saw him as very unprofessional and just looking for excuses to drop the case. Seems he did not have enough confidence in his ability to win! Was hard to work with... Much to sensitive in my opinion and too much in doubt of his abilities. Sorry Dan that you felt my expectations were to high. But guess what anytime a person hires an attorney we want to make sure he will win! So yes our expectations will be higher. Sorry you did not have enough confidence in your ability to win. Glad you made me aware if this early on! I really did not lose much! Have a nice day!

I can't really say too much of what he have done for me, because the truth is I just found him like a month ago but wish I had found him years ago... I got injured a few years back and my case still is in the works unfortunately... During that time, I had hired another law firm to represent me. At first it started off as pleasant until they decided to give my case to another attorney without my acknowledge and approval ???? then as time went by things got worse and complicated for me on both injury and lawyer wise. It got to the point where it was difficult for me to work with that law firm so I reached out to Mr. Eley and we met the next day and it was history from there!!! I've only been his client for about a month but he is very professional and always responsive. I don't have to go around trying to find him to communicate with him, and he always up front about what it is that needs to be done when it comes to my case and I love that about him so he definitely gets 5 stars from me. I just hope it stays and continues this way I don't fell like it won't. I honestly feel like my case is finally in good hands but thats a understatement because I feel like my case is in great hands finally!!!????

Cliff Eley has been my lawyer since 2005. I was injured on the job and did not want to get a lawyer. I wanted to handle it on my own but it got to where I needed a surgery that the insurance company denied. Cliff was able to get me the surgery and a great $ettlement. I could tell that his focus was more on my well-being than the money he could make. ... Even though he was already paid in 2005, he did not withdraw and continues to help me whenever the insurance company hassles me, tries to close my case etc... ¡GRACIAS CLIFF!

Honest, respectful, forthright and kind. Four qualities you wouldn’t expect from an attorney. Cliff is an actual workman's compensation attorney, not an ambulance chaser and I would highly recommend him, but hopefully you won’t find yourself in a situation where you would need his services.

Roger came to meet me after I was in a motor vehicle accident and horribly injured. I interviewed multiple lawyers in the Denver area and none came close to touching Roger's honesty, professionalism, and mastery in law. The months that passed after the accident were the worst time of my life with numerous surgeries and rehabbing. One of the hardest parts was accepting the wounds and visual deformities that I would carry with me for a lifetime. I had hope in Roger and that there would be a light at the end of what seemed like a long dark tunnel. After working together for over 2 years Roger was able to reach a settlement without having to follow through with a lawsuit in the courts. A case like mine could have easily taken twice the amount of time. The outcome surpassed my expectations in each and every way and has changed my life and my future. I am forever grateful to Roger and know in my heart that the outcome would not have been the same (or nearly as fruitful) if any other attorney were to have taken my case. In the early stages of Roger's investigative work he was observant of some verbiage that ultimately won the case. How insightful he was to have found this clause..had it been overlooked the case could have had a completely different outcome. I would refer any of my closest loved ones to Roger if they were unfortunate enough to need a personal injury attorney.

When I has rear-ended while sitting dead still in traffic, the insurance company first tried to say I was not a passenger in the car and after that they came up with all kinds of other stonewalling activities to keep me from obtaining a fair settlement. Roger is very clever and knows how the insurance companies try to give you the run around and is very patient and persistent with the letter of the law. He outsmarted them and squelched the agent at every turn and within a year obtained a settlement I could never have obtained on my own. Roger takes time to give you reasons for his actions and decisions and never proceeds forward without your approval and agreement. He stays calm even when you don't and was a pleasure to work with.

Roger Castle was super rude and unprofessional. I will never visit him again. He makes it seem that he’s so professional and knows what he’s talking about. In reality his just trying to get into your head. I heard from previous people that he sells himself to other lawyers to loose your case. I definitely do not recommend.

WOW! Toni Brunetti and Clifford Enten really went to bat for me, when NO OTHER LAWYER WOULD! I can not even begin to explain what a God send Toni Brunetti has been. He was the paralegal that we dealt with thru this really impossible case. At first the office was responsive with the information that I needed to provide, which I did, however after some time I did not hear anything about whether the law firm was going to take my case or not. I just recently emailed one of the paralegals that I was in contact with for an update on whether the firm had decided to take my case. I found that my email had been blocked and when I called for assistance I had found that my number had also been blocked. If the firm did not want to take my case it is far easier to call, email, or mail a letter about their decision rather than blocking me and leaving me in the dark. Not impressed with the way this law firm handles business.
