I truly cannot recommend Justin and Phil enough. As an attorney myself, I spent 11 months trying to settle my own claims for injuries resulting from a motor vehicle accident. Frustrated with the lack of progress and looming prescription period, I engaged Justin and Phil to handle my case. Phil was extremely professional and responsive, and he wasted no time handling my claims. Within one day, Phil had my claims against the at-fault driver settled for full policy limits, and three weeks later, he settled with my UM policy for full policy limits. My Attorney Eric Landry and his assistant Linda Montalbano are absolutely amazing at what they do as well as personable people. After talking to my family and my Aunt suggesting I call Dudley DeBosier, I felt a weight being lifted off of my shoulders. Eric and Linda always kept in touch with me letting me know everything that was going on with my case. They answered any and all of my questions. They returned my calls quickly. They always made themselves available to me telling me if I needed anything to just call. They knew I was really nervous and had such patience and kindness with me. Do NOT let this team represent you for anything. Poor communication and false advertising. If you lose the case whatever they want to charge you if you lose, you will be held responsible. The lawyer Danielle Smith paid us no attention she was more focused on her wedding. Stuck us with a bill of 11,000. Have been reaching out to news media and other lawyers. Morris Bart office has not tried to fix anything and claim they have tried. They have not even reached out. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Lawyer did not try at yall. But GOD sits high and look Low. NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT PLEASE STOP LYING. .

I first was introduced to this firm last year from an on the television. I called one morning , and I was able to speak to Andrew Geiger in the first call. He took time out and met with me that very day. Anytime, I call or email, I have always had a quick response and have been informed of the status of my case through the entire process. Everyone from the receptionist to assistants are always courteous, prompt and attentive when visiting or calling. Recently, I had to call upon the firm for another case. The moment I called and explained the accident , Andrew put things in motion. His assistant called for information and my legal protection and health and wellness was top priority. I'm a client of Mr. Blake Jones through my neighbor referral who now is a present client. When i first sign paperwork of representation we never discussed a fee and now I'm being blacked balled. My neighbor Ms. Mary is being charged 33% and they are charging me 40% and and they have no signature of me agreeing to that price. Because i could have went back to my I borrowed against my money like $1900 due to me being in a domestic marriage. I have 2 bad disc in my back due to my car accident and I'm in a bad place now due to my husband. I lost my job due to my husband messing up my car. I'm not asking for a hand out i just want what is mines. i have gotten the run around that the insurance company progressive had mailed my check to the wrong suite number twice all cause. Ok fine so I asked them can they just cut me my check and let me done with this well Mr Jason said we don't have a great working relationship due to me being accused of acting hostile about a well known insurance company like progressive keep making the same mistake,we don't have a good working relationship but i borrowed$1900 well i have no problem paying what i owe just don't try to scam me out my money that I'm trying to start my life over with but they have other clients that deals with progressive and my check is the only check missing in action because I'm not agreeing to 40% when it was a referral and she's paying 33% and i never sign a document where i agreed to that... Wow
