I saw your commercial on TV. So i want to say don’t cut down commercial drivers. Yes there are a lot of drivers that should not be behind the wheel but its not all of us. You guys are probably the very ones that make it hard for us to drive these roads. No one follows road rules and speed limits. We need to drive plus babysit. So when you people learn how to drive and quit getting in wrecks every day then the roads will be a lot better. And before you cut down commercial trucks, remember how everyone gets what they need and want!

On Christmas Eve, I along with several other cars were stopped at a red light west bound on the overpass at Ann Road and the 95 in Las Vegas, Nevada. At approximately sometime in the early afternoon a black Chevy SUV pickup impacted the rear end of my vehicle at an approximate speed of 30 mph plus without any braking what so ever. The impact was so great that it knocked my Chevy Tahoe 15 feet into the car in front of me. The impact was so strong that it not only bent the rear frame of my vehicle, but the front frame as well. The driver of the vehicle in front of me looked in his rear view mirror when he heard the first impact and saw my head whiplash forward from the back of my seat into the steering wheel. After going to the hospital with a severe headache and neck pain, I decided to contact the Law Firm of Cap & Kudler. I found Allen Cap to be a very knowledge attorney and decided to have him represent me and follow all his recommendations to the letter. A case such as mine would seem to be fairly simple and straight forward, however you can expect the opposing insurance companies to fight tooth and nail all the way, even when their client is at fault. The object of this is to follow all of your attorney's advice, no matter how long it takes if you want a fair and equitable solution. I followed all of Mr. Cap's instructions to the letter and a year and 2 months later, my case was resolved to my complete satisfaction. I wasn't sure what to expect when I first entered this office. Then I was met by Don Kudler, the Attorney. He was not the kind of guy you see on TV who talks fast and offers you confidence. In fact, I was a little bit discouraged. Over time though, I learnt that he is just a low profile with high efficiency kind of guy who is proud of his young daughter. His office staff are courteous and always return my phone calls in timely manners. All and all I am happy with the settlement. Only regret I have is that I didn't find Cap&Kudler soon enough.

Let me start by saying that my experience with Anthony Ashby was so different than I ever experienced with another attorney. I actually felt like a human being and not a number or dollar sign. I would recommend him to the people I care most about in my life, my family. That says a lot. He worked really hard on my case and helped change my life with the results. When I asked him something, he gave me real answers and got back to me right away. My case was a long, complicated case but he always gave me updates and stayed in contact the entire time. The whole reason I went with him for my attorney, is because I had a previous accident where the attorney was horrible. I had other attorneys look at that other case and say it was too far gone with mistakes from the other firm. Anthony was the only one who showed empathy for my situation and attempted to help. So he was the first person I contacted when I was hurt again. I had a million questions and he never made me feel like I was bothering him. I asked him to please never lose that human connection and empathy he has for his clients like many other attorneys seem to have lost. Aside from the great results $ we’ve received thanks to Bill, I can’t overstate how Truly beyond responsive he is and the attentiveness with which he’s handled our cases. We had another case in the past with some other attorney, which not only did we ever meet, it took forever to get them to call back or give us any updates. Not to mention the results were underwhelming considering how long it took to settle and how much work we had to do because the staff was never on the ball. No bueno. Once we met with Bill though, in person no less, we knew we were in good hands. We barely spoke to his staff because he’s so hands on. Very different from what I’ve heard of other PI attorneys.
