Horrible experience with Guest & Brady. Michelle at the front desk is phenomenal and that’s where it ends. No one answers the phone or responds to voicemails, even after multiple attempts. We sold a property through Guest & Brady and it took us 8 days to get our money. First they lost our check, then told us a wire transfer would be done the same day. Only to find out the next day that a wire wasn’t initiated. We had to call every day for 5 days - and were told something different every time. We finally received our funds after 8 days. The process was truly a nightmare. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Pay close attention to what you are signing!! Brian will fast talk you and say you don’t have many options so your best bet is to sign. He will fail to mention that you have an outstanding balance !! They only cover providers in their network because its most beneficial to them! He will say we cover all of your expenses!
