Was rear ended in 2020 causing a total loss of my vehicle, accrued 17k in hospital and medical bills. Other driver's Ins company offered to pay 60% of combined damages and suggested I pay the rest. I was rear ended in a complete stop while on the highway. Barber Law Firm was able to get all my medical & hospital bills paid. Their staff were very understanding and thoroughly explained to me every step of the process of the lawsuit. If I had a question regarding my case, my legal rep would call me back within a couple of hours. This was my first lawsuit-I knew nothing of how this worked. If I had to do it all over again, Yes, I would choose Barbar Law Firm. The best part of this experience was that we were able to do all the appointments via over the phone during the height of the 2020 Covid Pandemic.

Words can't describe the sheer comfort, victory, and happiness I experienced with Attorney Andrew J. Wooley's law office. My case was a little out of the ordinary concerning a negligent hotel stay. A fantastic service! W.T Johnson helped me secure all the money due to me from a car crash. Okay, I am sure you all have heard the stereotypical notions about lawyers. I too have joked around about this but I must say that when you need one, they're an amazing asset to have by your side. The WT Johnson team is the go-to place if you've been injured in a car accident. Dallas is a wild place and people here are so aggressive. When looking for representation we sought a firm that could somehow view things a bit from our point of view. I am very pleased with the attention to detail, the firm stance that the attorneys held in our defense and of course, the settlement in the end. Had we not hired representation, I am sure the insurance company would have made it seem like we owed them in the end. David Crowe rocked our world and I am thankful for having these guys go to bat for us.

Russel Searcy was quick to reach out to me , after filling out my information online regarding being hit by a car while walking in a crosswalk . Mr. Aleman is very rude and unprofessional He wanted to leave my case on exact day of my court day. I put him on the spot in front of the judge so he had no choice to stay. After that the judge scheduled a follow-up and he didn't showed up, but sent me a rude representative who called me a bi... just for the simple fact that I got mad that no information was given. If you ever just get to meet him you will automatically just feel his horrible vibe.

Mr. Malone and his staff are excellent, and very committed to making sure that all bases are covered. Dean Malone took my case 4 days before the Statute of Limitations after my previous attorney bailed out on me. Within those days Malone filed the lawsuit and committed to help me with the case. He had to fly out to El Paso on different occasions, collect some of my medical bills, and deal with the defense attorney which was only prolonging the whole case. All this work accumulates as attorney's fees; however Dean Malone waved all those fees and only charged me a discounted amount. I couldn't be any happier with my settlement. Dean Malone created a best case scenario out of my phone call to his office 4 days before the Statute of Limitations. I FULLY RECOMEND CONTACTING ATTORNEY DEAN MALONE, HE WILL GET THE JOB DONE!

Jimmy Doan was very professional and kind. He answered the phone fast when I was in dire need of direction and guidance when my husband was rear ended in April 2016. I was attracted to the ads, success stories, reassuring statements in his website. There was a lot of miscommunication,promises, and let downs in regards to his back therapy. Email and status updates? Always never there and we felt we were chasing them,like playing cat mouse game. Months went by and after almost a year, they still did not have a resolution to any settlement. Our cases, my sister that was also struck rear ended , never received any compensation for her bills or resolution. The only things were that we wish they would have been honest about the outcomes and how much we would be out if we would have proceeded further. Time was all we dealt with with Doan Law Firm. Later , both of their cases)they were both transferred to Alford & Clark Law Firm. I called her and until this day.....Not a Thing has been resolved.....What? Really????

The dream law firm you have been looking for! For starters, they work hard for their clients (you would not believe the mess I handed over to them that made my life easier so I could focus on my family, my work, and navigating the new COVID normal, as were they).
