When our lives were changed in every sense of the word Ric and his staff were incredibly kind, patient and supportive. There was no pressure. If my husband was busy tending to the needs of our family everyone understood and was supportive. Ric was always working in the background and was very professional about keeping us up to date on progress. All staff we dealt with were friendly, made us feel at ease, left us with a sense of security and we were impressed at how personally our case was handled, not once did my husband or myself feel as though we were "clients" or "just another number". STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAW FIRM. I hired this law firm to handle a accident case here in Milwaukee. The law firm dragged their feet on handling the case, didn't respond to us in a timely manner. A simple case took three years to try and settle. In the end Aiken & Scoptur told us the most they could get for our case was 30K, when I wouldn't accept that offer Aiken & Scoptur walked off the case saying I had a bad image for court and they didn't want to represent me. I took my case and called the insurance company myself and thirty days later settled for FOUR TIMES the amount that Aiken & Scoptur could get. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE, JUDGEMENTAL LAW FIRM

my case and back pain wasn't big enough for them to care about..i fell 9' onto my back at work..there was probably gross negligence on my employer.. my employer broke doctors orders over and over after my fall... i complained to them and to insurance company...but my injury wasn't important to McCormick from what i was told...told me my case wasn't big enough for a "small" firm..then take your ads off of TV because they make it seam like you care..YOU DONT!!! find another attorney DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM!!!

I would highly recommend McCormick law to anyone who was turned away from other law firms. I called 3 or 4 firms and was turned away. As I was getting ready to watch the brewers I saw a commercial for McCormick and it described my situation perfectly. I gave them a call and megan met with me right away. Finally I had hope. Megan and her team gave me hope and they took not only my workman’s Comp case but megan also helped me get social security. I can’t them enough. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, NOT LIKE OTHER PERSONAL INJURY ATTORNEYS. When my friend was seriously injured in an accident where a semi ran a red light (I was driving and I sustained only mild injuries) I was loathe to contact a lawyer. I've been in accidents that weren't my fault and have avoided lawyers at all cost, but my friend and I needed a trusted, knowledgeable ally. Ann Jacobs came highly recommended by friends. When we met with her at my friend's rehab facility my friend loved her demeanor and I loved how she broke down the strategy. She was tenacious, warm, nimble and always there for us. It was SUCH a relief because the at fault party was not making any of this easy. With Ann on the job we could focus on healing. Sadly my friend died from metastatic breast cancer before she could get full settlement. Michael Levine came highly recommended to me to assist in regards to a possible criminal charge, he was extremely efficient, being able to effectively respond promptly. While dealing with the initial, possible criminal charges, further problems arose involving my guardianship of my grandson. Michael was able to assist me with all. Despite the fact that these were uncommon waters, as well as dealing with a County he typically does not work in, he met these challenges head on and with confidence and conviction. Wouldn’t disclose my cut from the total amount , got to they office met me in lobby told me to sign papers so we can continue the process ... right after I signed (in the hall way) they pulled out a envelope with a check(shady)and DID NOT make sense after it showed how much lawyers took, doctors took , it was still a little over 1500 unaccounted for

My personal injuries were a little different from the typical auto cases and I am thankful they were able to handle my cases. My experience thus far with Davis and Gelshenen has been absolutely horrible. I have been transferred to 3 different attorneys as the previous ones no longer work there. It's very difficult to get in contact with an actual attorney so I end up dealing with the receptionist Jessica who barely helps or has any information to assist. I've been told multiple times that an attorney will call me back and have received nothing after days of waiting and not having transportation. I hired this firm so that they could deal with the insurance company on my claim and consistently find myself having to call the insurance company myself to get results because they are to busy to do so. I have never regretted hiring an attorney as much as I do now and to have to pay them 33% of my settlement for doing absolutely nothing aside from paying medical bills is ridiculous! They have not fought on my behalf at all during this case and have allowed the insurance company to completely run over me even though what they are doing is wrong. I would have been better off representing myself since that's what it feels like I am doing anyway. My engine has gone out yet again on this vehicle that the insurance company refuses to total out and I have still not heard any updates or results from my attorney in regards to providing me with transportation. I would highly recommend not choosing this firm to represent your case. *UPDATE* I received a letter from the hospital that my medical bills have been sent to collections even though we are awaiting settlement. Obviously nothing was done on the attorneys end while dealing with the hospital to prevent this from happening. I called the hospital and they said that no paperwork was sent in to them concerning a settlement from my attorneys. I'm confused...isn't that what I hired them for? Also I was told that my demand for my medical bills would be sent out in the first week of November and that I too would receive a copy. Well is December 15th and still nothing. I contacted the attorneys office and of course nothing has been done yet. The new attorney (attorney #4) that they have assigned to me stated that she doesn't think they sent anything out yet and she will speak with Mr. Davis and let me know the results. I'm really looking forward to knowing why over a month later my demand (which I was told was prepared and ready to send in November) has yet to be sent off so that I can pay these damn medical bills!!

My phone calls and emails were always returned promptly. Randy is an exceptionally gifted attorney. He took the time to understand me and how my injuries affected my life. My experience with Randy and his entire office was nothing short of phenomenal. I was hit by a truck on my bike when I was 9 which paralyzed my left arm; and didn't pursue the case until I turned 17. I went to many law offices and they all looked at me and said "yeah that is unfortunate but it happened so long ago, you are going to lose this case." The worst part is the other law firms wouldn't even talk to me in person and actually listen to what happened. Then I came across Randy who made an appointment to meet with me a few days later. He listened to me and told me, "Sean because this happened so long ago it is going to be a complete shot in the dark, but I believe you and let me look into this deeper." Long story short the odds were heavily stacked against us and 4 years later we got our days in court. My injury was pretty severe it required that I had to have about 15 or so surgeries just to have minimal function in my arm, and I will have permanent damage for the rest of my life, all because the lady driving her vehicle was speeding and on the wrong side of the road, which were the 2 points that we had to prove beyond reasonable doubt in order to win the case, which was not easy at all but every question, every statement Randy made had so much power behind it that by the end of the trial we asked for 5 million, I was awarded 7 million and found at only 10% at fault. If it was not for -specifically- Randy taking my case I do not believe that I would have won this case with 12/12 jurors ruling in my favor. I thank him from the bottom of my heart and he is the only lawyer I would recommend.
