Had a case with Preston from late 2018. Just closed and received my payout. When i came here originally i was worried about a couple reviews about communicating issues. Im happy to say I experienced great service. They recommend contacting them fridays for the fastest response, but anytime i had a question and sent them an email (both Preston and Jaqueline) they replied in a timely manner even if i didnt email on friday. They helped me throughout my whole case with any doc issues or car rental process/ everything to do with my case they helped do all the legwork.
