If you want someone who will do the BARE MINIMUM go with them. They don't care about you or your situation. They don't respond to your messages or your concerns. It's hard to even get ahold of them. Even if you spoon feed them information they don't listen to you. After a month of dragging things they dropped us as clients. After they blatantly lied to us and said they were waiting on some info which they didn't do. DO NOT GO HERE. I wish we would have gone to some better lawyers.

A good friend of mine recommended Lenahan Law to me after I was in a terrible car accident. I was hit head-on by a drunk driver who was driving the wrong way on the interstate. I stumbled upon Lenahan Law through a Google search and just happened to get Wes on the phone when I called in. My luck, I'm in the Austin area and found an attorney in another city, but the whole Lenahan team worked to make it effortless even though we were 200 miles apart. Wes was a great help in my case. Months after a head injury, the decision making process is oftentimes one of the last improvements. An injured brain is not visible and I did not understand why certain parts seemed ok while others were far from it. I had never hired an attorney before and made a very poor decision on the first one. After terminating that contract, I reached out to friends and co-workers for recommendations. It was quite humbling and I refused to see myself as some sort of victim. Eventually Pete was found. When options were limited from many angles, he had the focused and stable brain I needed. My wife was in a serious accident and sustained substantial injuries. When we met with the Tate law office we new that we made a great choice on hiring them. First everyone was very concerned about my wife more like she was their family than a client. Christopher and Claire Tate are amazing they constantly kept us in the know. They always took our calls and when they couldn't they would call us the next day. Their staff is amazing to especially the receptionist Christina she has the best personality I've ever seen, always a smile and kind words. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and performed their jobs well. We never felt like just another client with dollar sign. We honestly believed that they had Wanda's best interest. The Tate law firm won our case and we received a bigger award than we first thought. One of the things that we liked the most was that they listened to us. They never talked down to us and explained everything in detail. And now even though our case is over Chris still called to check on Wanda, now that's an attorney that's rare in today's world. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very impatient and seemed annoyed that I had even dared to call them. The only reason for 3 stars is because she still gave me some information. It looks like this place would do the Bare minimum and I wouldn’t trust them with my personal injury auto civil rights or any case at all.

A fantastic service! W.T Johnson helped me secure all the money due to me from a car crash. Okay, I am sure you all have heard the stereotypical notions about lawyers. I too have joked around about this but I must say that when you need one, they're an amazing asset to have by your side. The WT Johnson team is the go-to place if you've been injured in a car accident. Dallas is a wild place and people here are so aggressive. When looking for representation we sought a firm that could somehow view things a bit from our point of view. I am very pleased with the attention to detail, the firm stance that the attorneys held in our defense and of course, the settlement in the end. Had we not hired representation, I am sure the insurance company would have made it seem like we owed them in the end. David Crowe rocked our world and I am thankful for having these guys go to bat for us.

I have not been spoken to anyone at this law firm yet about my case. I intend to simply because they have taken the time to respond to the reviews people have given them good, bad, or indifferent. Given a full explanation and for this it is my opinion this company has the people at their best interest not their pockets.
