5.0 star rating In 2019, my son was arrested and was accused of a serious crime. His case was deemed "difficult to defend". My son was looking at life in prison and I needed to find a great lawyer to help him. We looked at some lawyers but then we saw the Law Offices of Shaun Khojayan & Associates. We immediately called and was greeted by Gracie. She was kind, helpful, and understood our emotions. She set an appointment for us to meet with Shaun Khojayan. Once we meet with him we knew he was the one that would defend my son. He was very helpful and we were delighted to hear that he was able to take on the case. We hired him and it was the best decision I made for my son. During the preliminary hearing, he and his wife did an amazing job defending my son and found inconsistency in his case. After the preliminary hearing, Shaun wrote to the D.A to dismiss his case, and then we waited. While we waiting to hear back from the D.A we entered the COVID pandemic and my son's court dates were delayed. Despite the many delays, Shaun constantly stayed in contact with my family for updates and we appreciated the communication on his part. His hard work paid off when my son got a miracle deal. His letter worked, and my son was released from jail. He was able to return home after 13 months. We are so thankful to Shaun and his law firm for working hard to defend my son's case. Shaun, First and foremost we would like to say that without your help, knowledgeable advice and dedication we would not be able to enjoy the new life that we have now been granted. For many years my father and I have been terrified that one day this would still be hanging over his head and possibly lose the opportunity of our family being whole. During the hearing we were nervous and terrified, even after hearing the word granted we still weren’t sure what exactly was going on. It’s been stressful and some what nerve racking throughout the entire process. We couldn’t have done any of this without you. I know my father now feels that sense of freedom that for so long has been trying to feel. My children will definitely get to see their grandfather as they grow, I will be able to live my life knowing that my father will no longer have the possibility of deportation hanging around. Very Professional and caring! Always attentive and great staff! The good news here is, you've came to the right place. David and his assistant Steven are the best in the business! The Law Offices of David Chesley are very thorough in handling their cases, and do not stop exploring all the possibilities for the benefit of their clients. I thought it was going to be difficult because I had a criminal case in Compton, but his expertise and extensive knowledge of the legal system made the process run smooth and relaxed… David is a fantastic lawyer, and is very dedicated and involved in his client's case. I was accused of some criminal allegations which I hired attorney David Chesley to represent me for. David did a great job defending me against these felony allegations. He gave me the facts and didn't sugarcoat anything. He had a plan and knew what he was talking about. Attorney Chesley helped fight for me and got me the best deal he could negotiate with the prosecutor after 4 months of hard work. This was way better than I was hoping for. From the moment I first gave them a call, all the way up until my case had been closed, the team at the H Law Group was the most professional, and responsive organization I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Marshal was amazing in calming me down and explaining some of the unknown specifics about my charges, and well past midnight I might add! Also the thing that probably made it easiest to stay calm during the whole process was the communication that was accessible between my lawyer and case manager was seamless so I was always getting updates on my case along the way. I thought that my charges were going to completely change the course of my life but the H Law Group killed it in court and not only do I not have jail time, but they got the entire case dropped! The money was definitely well spent and I am thankful for their hardwoork! I don't plan on getting in trouble with the law again but if I or a friend does I know who I'll call.

I got the impression he was generally incompetent. Spoke with him and he did some grandstanding about how law is like sorcery and made vague and general statements, then offered to take the case for 30k. An oxygen abuser. He replied to this and seemed to think he can authenticate telephone calls with a survey; demonstrating his competency and aptitude. Always do these tests before hiring an attorney.

He wasn't able to build any value so I didn't hire him, but man did he try. I quizzed him on the law and he failed then pretended legal precedent is secret classified knowledge lol. Scam artist Now he's leaving some standardized reply to try to wash away his rejection. Sad. Before you pay for a worthless lawyer, evaluate you're own ability to copy and paste from other legal cases

I’m a UCLA student and I got into a little mess a few months back for having one too many mojitos and trying to drive to my girlfriend’s parents house in Tarzana. David Diamond has represented my son and had gone against every principal you try to teach your child with accountability, honesty and integrity. Everything we tried to do as parents to protect and teach your child to do the right thing was thwarted by enablers and David Diamond. We would always tell my son that we love him and he will figure it out one day. He still has to figure things out and to live a productive life in society but he knows now the ones who had his best interest at heart and the enablers. When we tried to get our son into rehab, every effort was to fabricate and make excuses for behavior rather than to acknowledge the behavior and find out why it is occurring. Thank goodness my son does realize that he needs to adjust to society in order to excel in life.....which does not mean you give up your personality and beliefs but you exist where you can be happy and content in life but still follow social rules and guidelines. This will take many more years for my son to learn and David Diamond hindered that along with three enablers who have since apologized for their part in what they have done to lead this child down a path that was not ok. Please .....every parent vote as if this were your child who you were trying to help, yet being hindered every step of the way.......

Dave is an awesome DUI attorney. I was honestly worried sick about what I was facing. LA is a commuter town and you have to have a license. This is not New York and you have to drive. I don't want to go into too much detail but Mr. Diamond pulled off a miracle for me.. I truly learned my lesson and no more glasses of wine on a Friday night for a Shabbat dinner for me in this life!

Excellent Service! Right from the moment I spoke to a representative from this company on the phone I knew they were going to do a fantastic job. My son was charged and was being held and I was so scared for him but Diamond & Associates took control of the case and did all the interviewing, dealt with all the witnesses and took care of all the court documents that I was unable to understand.
