I retained Bill Umansky to do some preliminary work on a criminal case. Usually, I never trust attorneys. They always seem to have an attitude, think they are better than you, and only care about taking your money. This experience was the complete opposite of that!! Bill was really great. He has a great sense of humor, he treated me like a human being, and talked to me like I was an equal and not a lower form of life. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and when the time came up that I could have chosen to pay more money to him to continue retaining him, he told me that he didn't want to take my money for no reason, and that he felt that I should just wait awhile and then see if I needed to retain him again later.
