I decided to go through this law firm because of the good reviews and it was the biggest mistake. Keep looking do NOT hire this company. Absolutely no communication. You can never get through with your case manager. Case manager was changed every week. Emails were not answered. When finally speaking to someone lawyer was rude. They totally screwed us. They took way more than what they were supposed to take. I had another lawyer look at my case after it closed and he confirmed everything I thought. DO NOT HIRE THEM!

Steven Sweat is the best! He literally took care of EVERYTHING for me, including calling the check cashers, to clear the check, whenever they were unable to reach the insurance company to verify the check! Approximately 5 years ago, my family was served with an eminent domain lawsuit against our family business. I've had the pleasure of working with Jamie Fisher who represented my employer on a eminent domain case when one of our business units was closed due to freeway expansion. I was the lead representative for my employer and worked closely with Jamie. Jamie knows the eminent domain environment very well, has a very strong background in these type of cases and was able to eliminate a lot of the red tape involving endless documentation requests by the opposing law firm. Gotten myself in a car accident about a year ago and I wasn't at fault. Even though I haven't got any serious damages to myself but still I went to the hospital just to make sure. I tried contacting many lawyers (which were recommended by my friends) because I don't with such complexities and stuff like that. After all the search and discussions, I ended up choosing Matt from Koohanim Law Offices. He is a great guy. He's friendly and quick to give me some really good advice from the start. He is also diligent because he was able to find out that the person who hit my car had no insurance (which lucky on my side since I had full coverage). I also had issues regarding hospital fees and ambulance costs but even with all the problems I had to deal with, Matt was still able to go through all that very smoothly, like a real pro should. Not to mention he did it all much faster than I though it would. Matt Koohanim and his team definitely deserves high marks, especially Jasmine for such a great customer service. Not only Matt has vast knowledge of the legal system, he is also a down-to-earth guy who you can easily approach and goes an extra mile to help his clients. I would definitely take note of Matt if ever something comes up, well hopefully it won't. I am really thankful for him in helping me get through this tough ordeal in my life.

Wow. This past year was a rough year for me. I was hit by a car while riding my bicycle back in June and then was laid off in November. At first I was treated amazing and told I had a case but after a year and a half I was told since I wasn’t seriously injured or dead they couldn’t represent me to make sure I was taken care of. I wasn’t even told I was dropped as a client until I emailed Rebecca and she claimed they didn’t have a updated phone number for me, which I had updated 3 different times but they didn’t update the system. She was able to email me time and time again for record release forms to be signed and pictures of my drivers license but couldn’t email me to drop me as a client till I contacted them. Very disappointed and won’t be contacting them in the future, as well as getting a second opinion on my case.
