I received a ticket for being in the exit lane too long. The lawyer was able to get the ticket dismissed. I didn't even have to show up in court. Service was very professional. I believe it was worth the money deducted biweekly. Would definitely recommend to someone in a similar circumstance.

My son received a speeding ticket in Moreno Vally going 95 mph on the freeway. Unfortunately he did not qualify for traffic school at that speed. We hired Sam Camp to represent us at court. Mr Camp was able to negotiate the ticket down to 88 mph which allowed my son to go to traffic school and not have any points on his dmv driving record. This was our original goal in the first place! Being represented and backed up in court by Mike Donaldson was alleviating, I say this because going through the process of the courts, court dates, fees we must pay as citizens to have the privilege of fighting our cases, my family and I were alleviated by the control we felt our legal team had when going up against the Superior Court of California County of Riverside. They understood fully the pressure we felt as a family to have my case be dwindled down to as little of punishment as possible for the events that transpired. They grasp the magnitude of situations their clients are in and did everything possible to reassure us that they would get us out of the hole we felt I was in. I was arrested for crashing and then blowing a .08. I was devastated from being arrested for the first time and was facing DUI charges. I called 4 or 5 top-rated DUI attorneys in Temecula. I talked to each one for 30 minutes to one hour on the phone. Many of the responses were very uninterested and grim or OVERLY "promising" to talk to. And then I spoke to Mike Donaldson, and everything felt right. I decided to pay the $4,500 and meet with him and his partner in person at their location in Riverside, CA. Mike Donaldson take appropriate action to have my DUI dismissed. One thing that stood out to me is his attention to detail and patience to find a "reasonable" prosecutor. Nobody ever feels like they need an attorney until they need an attorney, lol. Our son was in a situation where he was at the wrong place at the wrong time. An altercation ensued and he was arrested for assault and battery, and bodily injury was added because the other person fell and hit their head on the back of a car bumper in the parking lot. The cops not knowing the whole story, just arrested our son and booked him with some serious charges. We turned to Bartell, Hensel & Gressley for help and counsel. Mike Donaldson was on it right away, getting all the info, all the details, and helping our son through the process all the way. Due to COVID-19, it was a little frustrating trying to get police reports, talking to witnesses, backed up court dates, etc., but Mike was always pushing through. Long story short, Mike was able to get pretty much all charges dropped down to only one that is a misdemeanor. We are really thankful that we went with this team, they work hard and ease the pain of having to deal with the judicial system.

Read this. I got in serious trouble with the law thanks to a mental disability. I was convicted of a felony and a year later relapsed and violated my felony probation. The violation was such a bummer because if it didn’t happen my felony conviction would have been reduced to a misdemeanor upon completing probation. Needless to say I needed a good lawyer. My parents found Mr. Kia while I was in jail. Long story short, Kia managed to keep me out of state prison and after completing probation he was able to get my felony record expunged! I’m so thankful to him and his team. If you can handle his blunt personality he will do a great job for you as he did for me. I now work at a place that declined me, before, due to my record. I stumbled upon Kia Law Firm when doing my due diligence for a case involving a close family member. Right away, you could tell Kia was different from other defense attorneys, although he is incredibly knowledgeable, calming and reassuring (all traits a great lawyer should have), the thing that stuck out most for me was his level of sincerity. Now I know, that most attorneys do, in some way, care about their clients, but it is certainly not a given and there are certainly varying levels of ‘caring’. Attorney Manuel J. Barba is extreamly versed in the DUI laws and the courts here in Riverside county. I can speak from personal expirience that he shows up to his clients court dates and represents his clients in a proffesional yet vigourous manner. If your freedom is valuable to you as mine is to me then your fee should not be the deciding factor in the decision to seek the best representation. He also let me pay in 3 installments which helped. I will not disclose my case but just know; I felt as if I would be in a far worst situation had I not been represented by Mr. Barba.

Graham is a great lawyer I was recommended from a friend he really helped who was fighting 25 plus years but he beat his case, in my eyes he’s the best! After my case has gone past the statute of limitations they still won't get my charges dropped. They just don't understand how I've been victimized by the government and that I'm right and everyone else is wrong. I'll never trust anybody with law enforcement experience for an attorney again all they want is to get more money for the government and themselves but don't care about the people.
