This is the first time I ever needed legal representation so I was extremely nervous and wanted to do my due diligence to find someone I could trust and actually had my best interest at heart. Mr Peter Tilem helped me and made me feel at ease from the moment I called him. He returned my call promptly on a Sunday afternoon and I was in his office by Monday morning. I hired Greco Neyland to help me with some issues I had in Westchester, County, NY. These guys were the best. They told me in the beginning that they would fix this for me and they did. They fought for me every step of the way. When the case was over, I had my case dismissed and this is even better than I could have hoped for! Well everyone can’t afford a private attorney and gets worried with a public defender . However I had the pleasure of having attorney Litman represent me in a ny court. Based on my recent experience with the legal system, I strongly recommend Mike Litman for legal representation. I was arrested for DUI, and after initial consultation with Mike, it was clear that I would be well represented for my first foray in the criminal legal system. Mike answered my many questions promptly with plain language, which helped to ease my anxieties when appearing in court. He advised me of all options available to my case and their potential consequences, so that I was able to make an informed decision for the best possible outcome. Additionally, Mike kept me well informed about the ramifications of all legal documents that I received from the Police Department, Court, and DMV as well as his Retainer Contract. Please do not go here if you are looking for help. A family member had their case here and they made a mess of everything that we had to go somewhere else. The assistance and lawyer did not answer our questions about the case or what would be the next steps. They avoided our calls after telling us to call if we have any questions. There were a few times we had to go to the immigration offices by ourselves but we had no idea what to say to the officials and the assistance were no help. We asked them if they can go with us to the appointments and they told us no because they were not needed it there. But we did need them because they are the lawyers. They will tell you whatever they have to in order to get your money. I will say it again please DO NOT GO HERE!

Since New York passed the Sullivan Law in 1912 the state has taken the lead on common sense gun control measures. I have always told my sons that violation of the law almost always results in serious state prison time of at 3.5 years, if you are convicted of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree. I reminded them of this when a popular football player was arrested after accidentally shooting himself and was sent to prison. I am at this very moment sitting in the NYS Senate chamber listening to a debate on an amendment to the law. The amendment to strengthen gun laws has broad support. I was shocked two years ago when a vehicle that my 18 year old son was operating was stopped for a traffic violation. A 9mm handgun was found in his car. My son had purchased the gun in Florida, where the gun laws are lax, and then driven to NY. I have been a soldier and a hunter. I am not squeamish about guns, but the law works to protect all New Yorkers. I was familiar with the work that Troy Smith has done as a military defense counsel. When I learned that he had developed an expertise in gun defense I called him immediately. Troy put on a masterful defense and as a result of ameliorating factors that affected my son's judgment he was sentenced to several months in a local jail followed by supervised probation. My entire family is in Troy's debt.

My name is Francisco Rosario, and I can say that steve Goldman was an angel utilized by God to help me with a case which merely changed my life, this case what’s so severe and my life depended on it, for a second I had a flash on all my dreams coming to an end, Not only my dreams coming to and end but I was looking to minimum 15 years in prison. I was involved in a DWI accident where unfortunately a life was lost, Which I manage to learn the importance in deciding to choose rather then choosing to decide, Steven helped me stay strong and not to depend on what shouldn’t to what should be done, I was charged with vehicular manslaughter as a conditional discharge (C, F; none violent) for 5 years and sentenced to 9months in jail which I ended doing 3 months because he also managed to have me release under this pandemic of Covi19, I am truly sorry for the fact that I was the author of this tragedy, but Steven helped me to view life in a better positive way to not only learn from this but to make a positive impact in this world, for the life that was lost.....
