I had called one morning on behalf of my sister while she dealt with trying to get things situated. Explained what had happened to her and told me that someone would call me back later that morning. About an hour later a woman called back saying not to worry, someone was still gonna call me back. Well, all afternoon passed and I decided to call back myself at around 3:30. Same receptionist answered and apologized and said they’d get to me. They never did.
