The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars was because in the beginning, my case was reassigned to new attorneys in the firm, several times, without notice. Status updates were not as often as I would've liked. Then, the case got assigned to Dak Rasheta, and he totally restored my confidence in the firm. My advice would be to just hang in there... Jimmy Doan was very professional and kind. He answered the phone fast when I was in dire need of direction and guidance when my husband was rear ended in April 2016. I was attracted to the ads, success stories, reassuring statements in his website. There was a lot of miscommunication,promises, and let downs in regards to his back therapy.
