After being a client of David Komie for years my case was given to another lawyer, I never saw David Komie other than one time, I never spoke to him again nor did he ever respond to any of my calls. The only good thing his office ever did was send my case to this lawyer Luke Dow who is a board certified trial lawyer, I was told that David Komie hasn’t gone to court in decades and that he doesn’t practice law, SO WHY DOES HE KEEP THE BILLBOARDS? Who knows, but all I know is that I was told that he doesn’t have the staff capable to go to court and that is why a lot of clients are being sent to lawyers that have experience. I am happy that my case was finally put on the hands of a capable lawyer that will work on my case. I do NOT recommend David Komie RUN!!!

So here it goes! I’ve been dreading making this review for YEARS but I’m simply fed up and TIRED. My case has been going on for 4 YEARS! I have been patient, I have done everything required of me, I have called, and left messages continuously and I’m tired of being ignored and put on the back burner. They have passed my case on to 5 different lawyers including Chris Morrow who just up & accepted another career in the middle of my case without even giving me a heads up. I had to find out through my new lawyer. I was rear ended by an officer ON CAMERA and absolutely nothing was done. Instead they allowed the other side to flip the case and make it about me instead of punishing the officer responsible. So yes the officer is still working and probably still rear ending folks. Years later I still sit here with a broken back and a broken neck in 3 places. No one has returned ANY of my calls or emails what so ever. I don’t even know the status of my case anymore and I honestly don’t care bc it isn’t worth it anymore. I’m finally giving up. It has been a stressful 4years. This case has taken everything out of me. My body May never be the same again, I may never be able to do the things I enjoy again. Now I’m being told that my current lawyer CASEY ARCHER is now working on someone else’s case. Again, I was not notified, got no returned calls, not even a heads up and this has been going on for 4YEARS!!! Will be 5yrs soon. They work on your case for 1-2 business days then a week later to no knowledge of your own, you now have a new lawyer. I just simply wanted my case resolved, medical expenses paid for, my neck & back FIXED and for the officer who rear ended me to be held accountable. If I were any other race, the case would have been solved sooner. But since I’m minority fighting a case against a guilty officer I have to go through hoops and loops to prove my innocence. I was let down and have been for years. I should have just stayed with Lorenz & Lorenz. This was by far the worse experience with a law office. Would not recommend. I wasn’t treated like a priority, or like I mattered. There was never any urgency. So to those involved, Chris Morrow, Casey Archer, David Komie, Larry, everyone! Thanks for letting me down once again. To anyone who is inquiring help from them, DONT. It won’t be worth it, and you are not a priority.

If you are looking for an attorney that is actually going to return calls and work on your case DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. I contacted David Komie because of his billboards. I had been waiting for a return phone call for over a week. Today I called again and got the “he’s unavailable can I take a message”. Finally I got someone to call me back and I was referred to another lawyer who returned my call right away. I never got to talk to David Komie, he didn’t bother returning any of my calls!!

I found myself walking into, for the first time in my life, an attorney’s office. Komie and Morrow’s office. Let’s face it, you’re not having a good day if you’re seeking legal help. I was hurt in an automobile accident on my way to work just a couple of days prior. I was scared and overwhelmed. They made the entire process from start to finish as easy as it could have been. They’re professional, yet down to Earth, and were very comfortable to talk to. They fought hard on my behalf & they were very good about explaining everything to me throughout the ordeal. If I could have rated this law firm a 0 that’s exact what I would give them. Be careful what you let come out of your mouth! Why is that?! This law firm STOP representing me because I told the at fault insurance adjuster that Daniel Stark were no longer represent me due to the fact she will only speak to the law firm. They were pretty much the “middle man.” Laura was one of the people on legal team and I was told they “assisted” with property damage…..LIES! Laura last came to me on what my two options were with the insurance claim. I didn’t agree with it and rather than trying to help me figure it out or how can we make the at fault insurance meet me in the middle. She was just nonchalant about everything and since she was much help, I politely hung up and called the at fault insurance company. The comment I mentioned above was due to the fact I wanted the adjuster to talk to me instead of to the law firm because again I wanted to negotiate and they just was up to. That being said the at fault adjuster forwarded the voicemail with the comment I made to the law firm and due to the comment I was let go and I told them why I made that comment. That didn’t matter because they still let me go. So 2 THUMBS DOWN FOR DANIEL STARK LAW FIRM!

Leonard and Tiffany are amazing. My husband and I both suffered injuries due to being hit while riding on a motorcycle. I was hit while riding my road bike and my family started looking for a Attorney and called Leonard Gabbay and he came to the hospital. He told us what to except from all parties involved in the wreck. I am so glad Leonard and his team was there from the start of the wreck. We had no idea what was going to happen next in the future. Short summary: A+, 10 out of 10, 5 stars. Details: After being injured in a traffic incident I needed an attorney to represent me. I didn't know where to start so I looked up personal injury attorneys on google. I saw Len had excellent reviews. With nothing else to go off of, I called his office. I personally spoke to Len who invited me to his office for a no obligation consultation. After speaking with Len, I knew that he would take great care of me. I entrusted Len with my health, my lively hood, and my personal finances and I was not disappointed. Len and his team helped me every step of the way, staying in constant communication. Len and his team helped me achieve the best possible outcome given my situation. Even after litigation was complete, and the case was closed, Len continued to personally assist me with my bills and paper work even though he wasn't obligated to. Highly recommended. So when I first came across this firm I was a little wary of the 40% cut that was mentioned in the beginning after talking to other firms that were much lower (but seemed shady.) However, after talking with them explaining my situation, I quickly learned that their service is most definitely worth it. Without spending absorbent amounts of money on advertising, you have a law firm that is dedicated to what it truly means to fight for a client. Rather than a sale pitch attempting to convince potential clients, they will hear about them through word of mouth, raving reviews on Google or referral from another attorney. Parker, for instance is well known for grabbing the reigns from insurance adjusters and driving negotiations, he truly has an amazing gift. My neck, spine and leg were destroyed in my accident. Not only were they able to get the treatment I needed but they also made sure that my condition was getting better. Customer service was 10/10, HUGE shout out to Amelia! Every step of the way she kept me apprised of the legal proceedings without keeping me in the dark! The final thing I wish to say would be that regardless of the Pandemic, it did not slow down the claim! In summary 10/10 or 5 stars!!

I still can't believe to this day that I deal with a injury and how they lied and told me I had to settle for 1300 after getting hit by a 18 wheeler. I was told prior I would be getting so much more. Then when the 1300 popped up was told there was nothing that could be done or id owe money in court fees. A complete way to discriminate, take advantage and get rid of me. Save yourself and your family and do not use this lawfirm. I used a different law firm and some how it was handed over to them. Dont use them in less you look like them is what I've learned. They never reached out after my previous review and I am still suffering. Its a pain to live this way. How horrible.

Andrew Traub was recommended to me by my neighbors when we were having issues with a geothermal HVAC contractor. The unit was on month 3 (!!!!) of installation with no end in sight. We were quoted a 6 week time frame. See photo for one of many issues we needed help resolving. :( I was hesitant to contact a lawyer, but it got to the point where we felt there was no alternative. I called Andrew and we dove right in to the issue. He asked several questions about the situation and about our HVAC contract and recommended a path forward. Andrew was reassuring, insightful and extremely knowledgable. He gave some great insight into the legalities of contract work and after our conversation I felt very confident that this issue would be resolved quickly. We quickly discussed the email I was instructed to send to the contractor before hanging up. After I emailed the contractor my list of concerns and let him know we had contacted Andrew Traub to pursue legal action, he was very interested in resolving the issues ASAP. Funny how that works, huh? I would highly recommend Andrew and his team to anyone who may be seeking legal assistance. I hope we don't need a lawyer for our next project, but if we do, I will be calling Andrew's office again. :)

I have been Disabled many years since 1993 and a Veteran of the Army and lived mostly in the Pacific Islands up until a year ago. Out in the Pacific I had nothing coming for Disability. I pretty much gave up. Get to Austin and somehow made contact with CC&R and was kinda skeptical. But now things are rolling and they have a process. They provided me with a folder explaining everything in great detail and what all I have to do on my end, what they are doing on their end. I am very impressed.

I was involved in a car accident where a kid was texting and rear ended me. I initially didn't think I needed an attorney but the next day I knew something was wrong. I did a quick google search and after reading reviews I decided to call FVF the day after. Within 2 hours I was, thankfully, assigned to Shaun. She's amazing. If your in an accident or have an issue with a workers comp issue Aaron Allison is the guy to call. He is the attorney who will get you everything you need plus will give you the right advise on what to do and how to do it. Mr. Allison will take time out of his day, which can be hours, talking to you and giving you valuable advise on your legal issues. He always calls you back and always remembers details of what you have discussed in the past. One of my favorite things about him is he is not your typical B.S. attorney your used to dealing with. He always talks to you in a honest and straight forward way and he always clarifies if you don't understand. I was in an auto accident where just the cost to repair my car was over 18k and my medical bills were over 40k. I called Cagle and Francisco came to my work place to discuss how to move forward with the insurance and treatment procedure that same day. I’ve been working with Francisco for over a year and it has been so easy to work with him.( It’s taken this much time because you can’t finish the case until you’re all healed from the accident and it didn’t help that I was pregnant!) He gave me updates on the case and was always just a phone call away when I had questions. Very professional, prompt and most of all is very detailed and explained everything in a friendly matter. Francisco gets the work done. An ER clinic tried to bill me 11k in medical bills. I want to give a special thanks to Francisco Somoza! I don’t know if he will see this review but he was incredible. From the moment I got into my accident till the very end. I was updated frequently on the next steps I needed to take in my case. I was informed of any paperwork I needed to provide and fax over. This was the first injury claim I had and I highly recommend Francisco to anyone. Anytime I had a question, it was answered. Every time I called the phone numbers provided, the calls were answered.
