My wife and I hired Bob Bandeen when she was a victim of a dog attack. The owners had 3 pit bull mix large dogs on leases. One of the dogs lunged and bit her several times. Bob Bandeen was very sympathetic and a great advisor through the whole process concerning her case. He was professional, thorough and she was able to settle her case out of court in an amount that was very fair. With Bob's help and expertise, she was able to settle in an amount that was more than many people who had suffered such a trauma. It was the partnership that my wife was able to form with Bob that made all the difference. They made a great team together to win her case which she so much deserved after all her suffering. I contacted Mr. Allaben, who drove out to meet with my elderly parents. He spent time explaining the legal options and next steps, putting them at ease. This review is long over due. I sat on it for a year or more because I wasn’t sure what to say. I was angry that the outcome wasn’t what I wanted. Someone who lied doesn’t get justice. However, that’s how the world works sometimes no matter how hard one tries. When we entered a relationship with this firm, they were kind, professional, honest , patient , and informative. They went above and beyond at every measure. Gave us advice, contacts, and actually got us on a path that actually helped long term care of my child. This law firm is more than just attorneys in my opinion, they are human. I have recommend this firm to others due to the unfortunate need that others had and would continue to do so at every point, they are worth it. Honesty is worth everything. I was a previous client of Buchanan and Buchanan they helped me through one of the hardest decisions that I had to endure in my life. There was a malpractice suit with a local hospital. Rob and his legal team made me feel as if I was their only client to help me this case. They kept me updated with every step of the process. I was so impressed at the way that Rob traveled to help me win this. I hired Bill after my 13 year old daughter was hurt very badly in a car accident. I never write reviews on anything, but in this case, it is deserving! Bill has been very professional and honest from the get go till the end, and even till this very moment after my case is done and settled. He is everything an attorney that you would want on your side. He was honest about where he thought my case would go, he did not make promises or expectations he didn't feel we could achieve, I do feel certain all the leg work in my case was done and looked into properly. He was extremely patient with me when I was not understanding of certain laws. I'm really satisfied with the outcome and I have no regrets. Do not hesitate if your on the fence about hiring Bill, He knows what he's doing!!! Best of the best in my opinion. Something also needs to be said about Patty, she is amazing! I highly recommend Paul Janes at Gruel Mills Nims & Pylman. Paul and his team were very attentive and made it easy for me to focus on getting back to normal while they worked out the details with my insurance company. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have survived a horrible car accident, and during a time when I didn’t even know if I would be able to walk again without assistance, Paul and his team were there for me if I had any questions or needed guidance with the PIP portion of my insurance. He suggested we reduce our request and I tourney did not go down very much. So the other party offered very little and it was over. No agreements between parties. However that it would not his problem. He made the suggestion. However in his letter to attend he did not tell me there was free parking downstairs 2 hours of parking cost $15 in Grand Rapids. So he is going to suggest they start adding it to their letters to people being invited for mediation.

My daughter was bitten by a dog last summer and we desperately needed a lawyer to help us navigate the complexities of the Insurance world. Jim Giffels returned my phone call with an hour of calling and leaving a message. We started paperwork and getting evidence together for the insurance company that day. Every time I emailed or called he responded that day or within 24hours. He was amazing and gave empathic advice. I would recommend him 10 times out of 10. i recently had this office represent me in a ssi disabilty case. this was the only attorneys office that would take my case so it was not my first choice. i removed 1 star because of poor and mis-information that was provided. i removed a second star because the attorney did not offer to request a emergency hearing because that i was a risk of utility shut off and mortgage forclosure. the office people at the ssi office gave me more information than the attorney. i also removed a 3rd star because of the certified letter that they mailed me to remind to leave a online review.

Warren was my disability attorney. I am in my mid 30’s, so we knew there was a really good chance we’d have to fight to get anywhere. Warren was there every step of the way. He was validating, sincere, knowledgeable, educated, sharp as a whip, and has a really good sense of humor to boot. He reassured me after my initial denial, he called with updates and was ALWAYS more than willing to explain things to me and answer my questions. I truly think it’s rare to have such a good experience, but I’m going to guess it’s not so rare with Warren. He’s just awesome. I’m now approved, and can breathe a much needed sigh of relief. 10/10 recommend.

The disability process is very long and tedious. But If you choose Burns Law and listen to Mr. Fink and do exactly what he asks you to do then you have a fair shot of winning.
