I called for a free consultation on 3/11/2021. Spoke to Andrew and he asked multiple questions including assuming I was a hourly employee. Strike 1.. then he told me that he would call me back. Andrew called me back later that day & leaves a voicemail saying there is nothing they could do to help me. No explanation on why not. I called back & of course he’s busy so they have to take my message. Strike 2... now it’s 3/16/2021 & I still haven’t heard back from him. Strike 3... free consultation?? How? I got no information.. I wouldn’t consider calling back if it was the only law firm in my city. This was the first place I called & I should of kept it moving. The receptionist couldn't get my name right and wouldn't stop talking over me after asking me questions. It's a pretty simple name, not sure how that got messed up but not did it slow things down. They didn't bother to call me back and try and correct it, either, even though they had my phone number. Later I finally had a long, detailed conversation with a paralegal, called back the next day, and she had no idea who i was. They can't seem to take any notes on potential new clients, so I can only imagine what their organizational skills are like. I was referred to this firm by a judge, and it might have been a joke I'm thinking.
