My wife and I were involved in an automobile/pedestrian accident where we were struck from behind while walking our dog in broad daylight. I called Don the next day and he personally met me at the accident sight to review the incident and take detailed notes and photos. My wife was in intensive care and I was not sure what to do next having never experienced anything like this before.
