I went to Parker and Scheer two years ago when I was hit riding my bicycle in NYC. This was a difficult and helpless time. Surgery was required and I didn't have health insurance. I had never been through anything like this before and didn't know where to turn. I was referred to Eric Parker and suddenly a weight was lifted off of my shoulders. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in how this law firm handled our case. They are far from responsive, their secretary will ALWAYS tell you “Oh they’re in a meeting right now, can they call you back” and you will NEVER get a call back. They left us hanging onto hope for TWO YEARS and did NOTHING to work on our case!! We finally had enough and went with someone much more professional!!! Please don’t waste your time with them.

David was my attorney in a law suit. He is someone that I would recommend highly. It was the first time that I was involved in a court matter. David was easy to speak with. He was patient and calming. During the process which lasted over a year he was always available. He always kept his appointments, would take a call or return a message that day and if you need to meet he would fit you into his calendar in day or two. He took time to fully understand the matter at hand and the history of what happened. David Dwork did a phenomenal job for us! We were sued by a company whose had a vendetta against one of us. After several rounds (winning then losing), the company sued us individually. Of course they had vastly more funds than we did. That's when we found David -- and we're so glad we did! He was able to make make the case for us such that we won and the final suits were dismissed.
