They assisted me with my bankruptcy. They were very detail oriented, kept me in the loop through every step of the process and made me feel very comfortable through an uncomfortable period in my life. I was able to get my bankruptcy discharged and my 2nd mortgage amount was approved for a full forgiveness of the remaining principal balance by my lender. I have to start off by saying that how proffestional Hirji and his whole team is. When ever I have any problems I have reached out to only them because I trust them all the way!!! They are also very organized and look at your case on a microscope level. Before reaching out to David and Angela I reached out to some other lawyers but honestly it’s was a waste of time. Had a charge from 2001 I violated my probation, after so many years wanted and with a bench warrant. Anthony was able to walk in the court room without my presence and got my warrant recalled and on the second hearing got my case dismissed. You need an attorney that is really going to help you! I had my interview in Ciudad Juarez Mexico right when the COVID-19 Virus started here is California one day before I left, I when to see the attorney Francis because I was scare with everything that was happening with the virus in china, the attorney gave me the power that I needed and told me 100% everything that could happen, but also told me that I was not alone, she was in my side and if anything happens that things got worse with the virus wile I was in Mexico, that she will do an emergency parole to get you back in. but thank God we did not need it and I got my interview, two days after. Hello, my name is VA. and I’d like to share a bit of my story with you all today. I came to this country as an infant and was brought up in Los Angeles, CA. I always thought I was just like anyone else here in the states. Not really knowing that I wasn’t documented until I became aware of conversations the older adults had in my upbringing regarding immigration. Growing up I was always living in the shadows thinking I had to constantly watch out for “la migra” and not go beyond the LA county “or else”. The thought of getting caught at the wrong place at the wrong time was something that was engraved in my upbringing. Years went by and my husband and I heard about Attorney Francis Henriquez through a relative of mine. I will never forget the first day I called the attorneys office. I was very nervous stuttering over the phone with my Spanish. Thankfully the receptionist was able to provide me with information and most importantly continue the conversation in my preferred language. To me this was HUGE because I’m mostly comfortable speaking in English. I was charged with my first dui with gbi and I was terrified after finding out the possible punishment I could be facing. I spent countless hours researching, vetting, and interviewing attorneys following my DUI incident. Unfortunately, too many DUI attorneys prey on the uninformed with fear tactics and unrealistic promises. A close family friend who works as a Public Defender forwarded me several referrals that ultimately ended with "Richard Hutton - he's expensive, but he's the best." After meeting Rich in person, I understood exactly what she meant and retained him for my case. I can confidently say that I made the right decision. Rich's rapport with the DAs and staff was evident at every court appearance. When the situation felt hopeless, he worked relentlessly to come up with a creative resolution. It was a painful experience to go through, but in hindsight I don't think it could have worked out any better. Nothing is guaranteed, but you are doing yourself a huge disservice if you are charged with a DUI in SoCal and don't spend the time to at least consult with Richard Hutton. Best of luck.
