I don't wish a DUI on anyone but if you make a mistake like I did then there is not better person to help you through the process than Paul Tyler. Getting a DUI is scary in so many ways and Paul kept me at ease. He handled everything and kept me informed. He is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He got me the best outcome possible and I couldn't be more grateful. Don't go through this without him. You definitely want someone like him on your team.

Above and Beyond! - that's how I would describe Jarrod and Roslynn Wilfert and their team of paralegals Marlene and Michelle. In 2020, I needed legal representation for my unfortunate DUI mistake, and since a DUI is a very serious problem in Ventura County, I needed a law firm that could actually step in on my behalf and go to court to fight for My case. with the most positive result one could only hope for; It was stressful not knowing what would happen to my driver's license, jail time, court fines, etc. Jarrod and Roslynn alleviated some, if not most, of this concern because they knew how to defend and fight the prosecution side, their combined experience and uncanny willingness to fight for their best interests is what sets them apart from other law firms. . My experience with Joshua Newstat was my first experience using a lawyer in my defense and I could not be happier with my choice. He was diligent, hard working, congenial, and really went out of his way for me. The entire legal process was new to me and Mr. Newstat held my hand through the whole ordeal and made sure I both understood what was going on and what my options where but also is a friendly person with a personality that truly helped reduce my stress level in what was one of the most high stress situations of my life. Just a follow up to the mess Bamieh made...since they refused to take accountability for the poor job they did for my son (they got him to accept a deal based on false promise ie, they told him if they took the deal, he would be able to get a monitor. If they didn't know he would not be eligible into that program based on his charges, they should have:)we asked Atty Martin Zaehringer to help, and boy did he! We are forever grateful to him and we recommend calling him if someone you care about needs help!!!

My experience with Ron was absolutely terrible, he is cocky and arrogant, unprofessional and rude, how dare you say the things you did to my mom, I hired you my self paid for you myself and I alone took your advice I should have listened to my mom and not you, instead I had to hire another attorney to clean up your mess I used poor judgment thinking you had my best interests at heart, when you had the opportunity to make things right you left me in the cold. Whoever reads this use this as a cautionary tale.

I had a completely different experience with this firm. Unfortunately my young son got into some trouble and he hired Bamieh without me present. When I had questions, he never returned my calls. My son who tried to do this without me took a deal where he was misled. He filled out alot of paperwork provided by Bamieh, hoping to get electronic monitoring, especially now in Covid times...he were denied. It was explained to that these kinds of cases never get approved for monitoring and that the attorney should have known that. When I called the office I was extremely distraught upon hearing my son would have to be pulled out of rehab to go into jail, I called the office begging for help. I did admittedly drop an "F" bomb with the girl who answered the phone because I was so upset, but immediately apologized. Guess what, Bamieh actually called me back, but only to let me know he wasnt going to help me because I inadvertently had asked another attorney to look into it. He told me because of this he refused to make a phone call on my son's behalf. He took my son's money though. If you have a loved one who has gotten himself in serious trouble and just a kid, do not have them hire this very cocky and full of himself guy. Let him tell you about the books he wrote, or the accolades about himself which would have been fine. I like confidence...but he was not able to back it up. My son is going to jail in a few days. He can say anything he wants to about me, but it is my son who will be having to do jail time. My heart is aching. DO NOT HIRE HIM

I searched for a top rated criminal attorney close to our house (as I knew we would need to see them several times) for my husband, who was charged with a felony. Debra's information came up and I contacted her after reading her website and bio. Upon speaking with her, it was obvious to me that we needed to meet with her in person, she was genuine, sincere and really seemed to want to discuss the case in more detail to see how she could help. When we met with her, she advised how we should proceed, what the defense would cost us and the next steps in the case. She was honest and direct right from the start. Debra was professional, experienced and knowledgeable regarding the charges in the case. She sat with us, in our initial meeting, for about an hour taking notes and talking through strategy in order to devise the best defense possible. With my husband's past criminal record, the case was going to be a challenge to win and Debra put forth every effort to get us the best possible outcome and she succeeded; the case ended with a dismissal. She also found that one of his past felony charges could be reduced to a misdemeanor, which she filed the proper paperwork for, as part of the current case.
