Andrew is quick to take the money but EXTREMELY slow/non-existent with the result. He HAS TO BE WRITING his own positive review because there is no way he should be admired for his professionalism. I gave him over 1k to complete expungement HE said I was eligible for on 10/9/19. Literally did not hear from him after multiple emails and texts over the 1st 5 months. After about 6 months he sends 1 text saying my expungement was approved but he was waiting for them to send the paperwork. I waited almost another 2 months i texted him for my paperwork and he text back saying he would look into. He called me back 1 time to say he messed up and didnt realize he couldnt do the expungement due to me having a non-disclosure on a prior case. I called down to the court house and they advise me he missed my the court appearance so it didn’t go through. After numerous texts to him he responds i will look into it when I get back from vacation. Another month or so goes by. He texted me back a one-liner saying he would do my non-disclosure for this case for free since he messed up on the expungement. Basically since 10/2019 I have spoken to him once. I AM FILING A GRIEVANCE with TX bar assoc. AND I still have no paperwork. PLEASE DONT USE HIM!!! He is the worst “professional” and a nightmare to deal with. You’ve been warned, this is not a drill.

This guy. Where to even start. I gave this guy $1500 to handle a case for me and the most he did was miss the freaking court date. Literally. Now as the case is still pending I can’t get a response to multiple voicemails and text messages directly to Peveto’s cell phone. I have filed a complaint with the Texas State Bar Association and warn anyone seeking service from this fraud to steer clear. Anyone, literally ANY other attorney will be a better choice for you. I have no clue how this man has all these great reviews other than my assumption that the reviews are from himself.

Scott and Mallory are not good lawyers! Never ever have I been scammed like this before in my life. I was facing 3 felony cases. I hired the edgett law firm looking at the 5 star reviews they had, I decided to give them a try, I paid $12,000 dollars for really 3 months of work at most. And they had the nerves to hire the same person I got locked in jail with. On top of that when I asked for a refund all I got back was $1000 dollars, this was very disappointing. They couldn’t even offer me probation for my case. I asked why I didn’t get at least half my money back, their answer was we charge by the hour all of a sudden. I had no time to waste and hired a different attorney. And now i am on 10 years deferred probation! Don’t waste your time guys. These people is just out to take your hard earned money! I had to fight for my freedom because I have 4 kids and a wife at home. They didn’t help me with my case. It was bad news every time they spoke with the district attorney. Please stay away! But I do want to thank Ben who was working for them at the time he was very caring and kind. But to my knowledge he left the firm couple months after I fired them. He helped me more then Scott or Mallory. He was at least thinking about my family too. He was at all my court dates. Never once did I see Scott or Mallory at my court dates. They are the attorney’s I hired not Ben. The reason was they retained the person who I got in trouble with as well so that led to a interest of conflict. Now he has to serve a 5 year sentence. And I am out on probation. I’m glad I made the right choice by leaving. If anyone is reading this please do not be fooled! God Bless

I was suprised I contacted them at 10/1030 pm at night due to an alleged DUI and a revoked bond from a missed court appointment from months ago. They where very understanding and reassuring quick to layout how things would go and they would take care of everything and explain more in detail what we should do tomorrow morning. This was after calling 5-10 other lawyers in the area that just asked me to call back in the morning as kinda was stressed as I didn’t have any criminal record so i wasn’t sure what to do at this point and would look at my case and try and get my PR reinstated. Nothing in life is guaranteed but felt at ease speaking with malorie and hopefully great things come as we dig into this farther and as long as myself and their team do their best that’s all I ask for as I know nothing is guaranteed, just going to wait and work with them and see where this bump in the road takes me

I ran into a very difficult time in Collin County and ended up facing a felony charge and almost lost my wife to the circumstances and almost lost our kids to CPS. Long story short, I put myself in a completely horrible predicament and I was scared I would never recover from it. I didn't know what to do and CPS and the DA were moving FAST against me. But I knew one thing, I didn't want to lose my wife or kids. And Two, I would do anything to clear my name. "I am a good person and I refuse to let this incident define me." I am so glad Scott and his team were there when I needed him most. I was in such a complicated case. He definitely knows how to bring the honesty and transparency to the forefront of any predicament. He got my charge lessen to a misdemeanor, and while being on good behavior and completing all my classes and making all my payments, I can say everything is over now. Case dismissed. It's been almost 2 full years since everything ended, pretty soon I'll go back to them and they will help me seal this case. My family and I are more close and secure than ever now. Going through this really tested me as a husbamd who swore to take care of his wife and our children. And if it weren't for Scott, I would be alone, a felon in jail and in endless debt. I knew from the beginning that my case was going to be a tough one. Kent did too and was very upfront from the start. He told me that, due to the evidence the state had against me, we weren’t going to be able to fight it. But that didn’t stop him from doing everything he could to negotiate better terms for me as far as punishment. He worked his rear end off and got me the absolute best deal he could and he was honest about absolutely everything the entire time. Even when I changed my mind and went back and forth a few times about what I wanted to do, he didn’t get irritated or upset, he just worked as hard as he could.

If you want results hire him now! I knew he was about business the first day I met him. He kept me updated and communicated throughout the whole ordeal. He had a game plan from the start and stuck to it. The prosecutor tried her best but his argument ultimately prevailed. Best lawyer in DFW!
