My brother died without a will and I handled it through Mr Wienstock's office. Everything was taken care of quickly and professionally. Lawyers are typically a little on the pricey side and Mr Weinstock is no exception, but he not outrageous. I recommend him without hesitation.

Attorney Michael Weinstock is a great choice. The office staff is absolutely wonderful. Mr. Weinstock is very professional, knows the inside and outs of his job. He is polite, has a sense of humor and very fair. I used him in 2005, he was confident, stood his own, and wise. I will never forget the work he did to win my case for me. Now here in 2017 my own sister is using Mr. weinstock to represent her boyfriend on a criminal case. I recommend using him to anyone.

If you have been wrongly accused of a crime, don't call anyone else. Seriously. I dealt with Dustin Dewrell and he did exactly what he said he would do. He was always available, full of information and experienced. He answered questions I had that were unrelated and treated me just like I would expect as a paying customer. I really can't say enough or ask for more... Dewrell and Herndon was one of the best decisions I've ever made. There is nothing more stressful than being faced with an illegitimate charge you didn't commit while trying to continue your life. You can either pay the money to the courts, or pay money to someone who earned it, and took care of you. The friend, or the enemy. Your choice. Someone is taking your money no matter what trust me. You may as well give it to someone on your side. I did much research in picking this firm. This is the most experienced lawfirm in the area. I was advised by several people who used him before, to use him and nobody else. I do believe my money was well spent and don't regret a single dollar. Mr. Lupella is a top-notch attorney and very thorough. His staff including Judy is excellent in communicating and helping us understand the process. I didn't ever feel the need to follow up knowing once things moved forward , they would keep us in the loop. Every question we had they answered promptly and very professionally. Alice Harris is a true gem of a person and lawyer to find over the internet. My friend was arrested for having a "controlled substance" on him which had been prescribed by a physician. She answered the phone on a Sunday and started work immediately, diligently, and kindly. Her awareness of why my friend needed her help was met with sensitivity and tenderness. I am so upset with Rusty Shepard I don't know what in the world to do. I did not expect to pay my money for my calls to almost never be returned, left several messages, out of almost 2 years he contacted me twice out of 20 calls I've made and left several messages. My son who he's "representing " only saw him twice since we hired him and has been sitting in the county jail abandoned. I don't know what to do anymore other than to seek another attorney. I understand we're dealing with this pandemic and a lot has changed with the courts but the no communication is unacceptable. My son has court this morning and Rusty has made zero attempts to contact me so I can be there or invited in the zoom court. It's sad and my heart is breaking not knowing anything. I don't understand why my experience with Rusty is like this. I came to him because I heard such great things from other clients he represented, however, my experience is not great at all. I wish he attended to my son better????

Not sure how the experience is for people who are actually seen, but after already making an appointment, my family member was denied representation and rudely told to leave by one of the paralegal associates due to one of the attorney's conflicts of interest. A simple, polite no would have done for someone going through an already stressful separation.

I cannot imagine worse legal representation. 10 years and about $140,000 and she finally won custody transfer only to have it overturned by an appeals court 5 months later, because she failed to file a proper Notice of Hearing. She is incredibly overbooked and unavailable, refuses to talk on the phone, yet skims letters. She is over-confident often only asking only a few questions during depositions and voluntarily relinquishing precious court time dedicated to her clients. - At one of many final hearings, we waited months and months for two days on the court's calendar, because we needed the extra time. Day 2 was allocated to me, yet at about 10:00 a.m., she voluntarily and confidently relinquished the remainder of the 5 hours allocated to me, because she'd already covered my arguments. - Yet, she utterly failed to discuss a tenth of what needed to be presented. - STAY AWAY.
