The law offices of Lance Fryer were incredible to us, in fact we asked if we could keep them on retainer just in case we needed any legal help. They listen, they make sure that the attorney that’s going to be taking care of your case is a good fit for you and they are extremely good at communicating. My ex boyfriend had gotten arrested and had gotten 2 pretty bogus charges from defending himself at a bar, had we not retained them then he would have had fines through the roof, double the time if he reoffended and double the probationary time. In the long run without the law offices of Lance Fryer it would have cost more to try to get a public defender and take the charges. They are the best they truly care about the client. They are flexible with payment if you need to split up your cost they set you up on a payment plan, and it’s well worth the money to have them take care of you. I genuinely believe it was the easiest smoothest road to take because they did everything down to reminding him when he had court the day before and the hour before and if we went the other route it would have cost more in fines alone. They explained everything in great detail and did not make us feel pressured into anything. I would recommend them to anyone I know. Lance and team was nothing short of amazing and I would highly recommend them. I came to them for a legal issue that I was embarrassed about, but shortly after talking with the team I felt very comfortable that things would be taken care of in a timely manner. We have had the BEST experience using the Law offices of Lance Fryer. From the first consultation to the very end when our case was closed, communication was amazing. Lance, Prairie and their staff were always on top of everything and very accessible when needed. We found them off of a recommendation from someone who had used them who had had great results. And they did not disappoint. We came out with a better outcome then hoped for and actually got our case dismissed. This attorney was recommended by the Lance Fryrear law firm because my case was too complicated for them, including that it was at the Shoreline District Court and they think that it is a difficult court to deal with. According to them, Lucas McWethy was a creative attorney and able to handle complex cases. In my case a stalker against whom I have an order of protection, has been asking for order of protections against me out of retaliation and keeps trying to set me up for crimes when he knows my whereabouts. I have now been charged for a crime that it is fairly easy to demonstrate I did not commit since I have strong alibis. The Law Firm of Lucas D. McWethy told me that they did not have time to represent me to fight the order of protection and the misdemeanor charges without asking for any details or reviewing the case at all.. They recommended eanother attorney who ended up representing me to fight the order of protection and was very successful. He was very effective proving that the petitioner was a very deceitful individual, particularly by gathering crucial information before the hearing. He is now also representing me for the false charges and the case appears strong because the petitioner, an extremely conning ex-convict forged affidavits on behalf of other individuals and has submitted multiple false documents. My attorney has gathered evidence to fully demonstrate that the documents were forgeries. Attorneys and law firms should be rated not only based on the cases they take and win, but also based on the cases they reject. In my experience with this law firm and Lance Fryrear's law firm is that they take the cases they think they can easily win and reject those with some degree of difficulty. Even though my case seemed difficult to win, had any of these two law offices reviewed the multiple deceitful documents forged by the accuser, t hey would have realized that the case was not that complex. I give this rating because this law office expressed that they did not have time to deal with a case that showed some difficulty. My attorney has won the first part already,

The first meeting went well. Mr. Roshandel set realistic expectations. These situations can go smoother if you do things a certain way. Let me explain. I set Mr. Roshandel up for success by not answering the officer's questions during the alleged violation. While the officer asked probing questions I used my right not to engage or acknowledge. I called Mr. Roshandel within 24 hrs of the situation giving him the most time to prep. He accepts the group law/met law insurance I have through my employer. My confidence in Mr. Roshan del is high. I am giving Kertchen law 5 stars for a couple of reasons. One they responded to my email extremely fast. Two the process was easy and they answered all of the questions that I had. Three they worked with me and let me make payments because I needed gun rights and my record expunged which was a big help. Four they did what they said and I did not have to appear in court. When It was all said and done they emailed me the final order and I also received a copy in the mail. As long as you don’t have anything pending and it’s been three to four years Since you’ve had any charges or anything they can help you. I highly recommend that you use Kertchen Law to have your gun rights restored as well as whatever the charge was expunged. Thank You!

Travis Mueller with Blair & Kim proved to be an amazing attorney. Through the entire process he was professional, honest, reassuring and very knowledgeable in his craft. During the court hearing he presented our legal argument very clear and concise, sticking to the facts. He responded very intelligently to any claims the prosecuting attorney had made in his opening argument holding to the facts and evidence of the case. The case brought against our daughter was ultimately dismissed. Prior to hiring Blair & Kim, I researched who the best firm was to hire for the civil case brought against my daughter. I even asked a retired attorney of 30+ years and each answer revealed that Blair & Kim was the best in the area. The other party (the petitioner) hired an attorney that was very confusing in his legal arguments and didn't present well during the court hearing. It really does make a big difference hiring the right attorney, as I found as I quickly found out. I would highly recommend hiring Travis Mueller to represent you. He's the best!

Wonderful. Mr. Blair is a wonderful attorney. At first I was skeptical because this was my first ever trial and I didn’t know what to expect. Mr. Blair was always calm and reassuring every time I talked to him and even when some things in the case didn’t go our way, he didn’t sugarcoat anything. Told me what would be worst case scenario and how he would fight to have a reduced sentence if found guilty. Long story short, I wasn’t. I was apprehensive because the amount of communication I suspected between lawyer and client wasn’t present, but when Mr. Blair informed me that he doesn’t like to over prepare his clients as that can cause them to overthink or get nervous, I understood the method. I really appreciate what he did for me, and I’ll be hiring him soon enough for what I hope is to be another successful venture. Thanks again.

Dealing with my first ever court case, being a DUI, I couldn’t have asked for a better person to do it than Matthew. During the pandemic there was a lot of confusion within the courthouses that was causing stress on me and my family. Mr. Leyba was always there to talk and keep me in touch with what was going on, especially since he seemed to know more about the court system than the prosecutors. He always was the most professional and poised man in the courtroom and held control of the situation before and after the many many long drawn out court dates.
