Michael Hayes is amazing. I got pulled over in Racine County by a sheriff using License Plate Recognition software. Apparently there was a problem with my occupational license and I was ticketed for driving after revocation which is a CRIME if your revocation is OWI related. 1 year in jail and $2500 fine! We paid Annette Rauch 5,000 dollars for a OWI case. She literally got me the opposite of everything she told me I was getting. She asked for a 1000 dollars every time I saw her. Do not hire chris hartley as a criminal lawyer! Worst money i have ever spent. He is not responsive after he gets his money. He is unprofessional. I had his cell phone number and would have to show up and catch him at the office just to get a response. But after the court date he was very responsive i am guessing because he knew it was over. He walks in the court room unprepared with no arguement and does nothing his client ask him to do. We suggested to get a different judge but upon his recommendation we kept her. Which was the worst mistake we could make. If you value your life DO NOT PUT hIT IN HIS HANDS! My fiance got 17 years for a car accident that both partys was at fault for and he had no real argument!

I was NOT represented by this firm but I was with someone for every meeting, every email, and every phone call during their case. We were actually recommended these lawyers by another lawyers assistant. I am very dissatisfied by the service. Every time I asked a question the lawyer seemed annoyed. I understand it wasn’t my case but I still wanted what was best. It seemed as if we were a burden we didn’t get a response in a timely matter, had to reach out multiple times. What bothered me most was if we didn’t ask specific questions we only received general answers I feel we would have the same results with a state appointed attorney. Also after the sentencing we had questions that weren’t answered, reached out three days in a row and called the office still haven’t heard back. I did call right away in the beginning and complained about our given lawyer they just apologized and kept us with the same lawyer although nothing changed. I am no lawyer so I’m not sure what they have to go through but I feel somewhat disrespected and I wish I had found better service for my best friend. Working in healthcare I do understand that our jobs aren’t always easy and not everyday will be perfect, I guess I set my expectations too high. Thank you for your service though.
