I had a DUI case since back in 2004, which I plead guilty for and was put on probation. I ended up violating my probation and skipping town to another state. Fast forward to 2021. Tom was an amazing attorney for me. He knew exactly how to speak with the prosecutors (who appeared to have a lot of respect for him). Not sure what to say about my attorney Tom Nellessen and the Nellessen Law Office. After speaking to several attorneys, Tom was recommended to me by a friend. I was told that he was very skilled at what he does....and he is! Tom saved my life and kept me from being taken away from my family. All of the other attorneys that I talked to said that I would be going to jail for a long time. That scared me because I have a family to support. When my case finished, I received no jail time and my record was cleared! Mr. Nellessen was amazing!

I was charged with assault and being that I have never been in a situation of ever being in trouble with the law, I was clueless and scared. Tom Nellessen is an excellent attorney! I had a really complex DUI case and I consulted many attorney's about, and he was the only one to tell me that I might have a chance. He was able to successfully have my case dropped which is opening up a lot of doors in the right direction for my life.
