I don't even know where to begin. I had been under a whole lot of stress due the pandemic, loosing 6 family members within a 3 month span. So figured I would attend a sporting event, to try and take my mind off of things. During the event I had way too much to drink and made a terrible decision to get behind the wheel. I only made it a few miles down the road before I caused a severe accident and completely totaled my new car. Officers came to the scene, I blew high, and was arrested and taken to jail. After receiving my DUI, I wasn't sure what to do or what the next steps would be. I was nervous/scared, but once I met with Brian, I knew that he was the right Attorney for me. He was able to lay the process out in detail so I knew what to expect going forward. He recommended classes that would help me in court and was able to get the Judge to allow those hours instead of taking additional classes. Brian is straightforward and a pleasure to work with. After reviewing my case, he sent me a detailed email advising that I take the plea and not go to trial, which I completely agreed with and appreciated that he didn't want to give me any 'false' hope. I cant say how much I am impressed with Mr. Sloan's work. It has been a long process with the court due to Covid. I went to Gilbert court today and left completely happy. Gilbert court is suppost to be tuff but the judge Mrs. Laurin was awesome. My 1st offense. I had BAL over 0.08. I took a 16 hour course. I have to pay 1600 in fines, no more classes, no jail time, no probation. Restricted license and most likely interlox soon. I recommend Mr. Sloan for your DUI attorney. I would have Been facing more. Obviously my name is not John Doe; I'm using that for privacy reasons because my case isn't quite yet shut and I'd rather not have my name publicly connected to my case (or at least minimize how public it is). The Suzuki Law firm was awesome in my case. My sister and I got into an argument online around October of last year, and some things happened that led to her reporting me to the police and I ended up getting arrested on 3 misdemeanor charges; Mr. Richard Smith handled my case and he got me down from a $2800 fee and 18 months jail to just some counseling and community service and a $280 fee, only a TENTH of what I initially would have had to pay, and case dismissed with prejudice, assuming everything is successfully met within the next six months (forgive me Mr. Smith if there was more than that you negotiated for me or if it is incorrect; as far as I'm aware, that is what it was). They gave me a payment price that I was able to follow through with when I hired them, and I will be forever grateful for the hard work that was put in and kept me out of jail; I'll be able to get this out of the way quickly and put it behind me and move on with my life. I contacted Suzuki Law Offices when a relative got into a situation which landed them in jail. I called on a Sat. and spoke to William, who was more than willing to inform me of the legal ramifications of the situation and the costs associated with legal representation by his firm. I took the weekend to take it all in. I called on Monday and signed and paid for a jail visit agreement. On Tuesday the state appointed lawyer called me. I really liked her and decided to let her be the legal counsel for my relative. I called William and to my surprise his firm gave me a full refund, even though he and I had communicated quite a bit and I had even spoken with one of the attorneys. So I had three cases with multiple felonies. I was put on probation (all concurrent but 3 cases of probation). I relapsed and violated in 2018. I was facing three probation revocation hearings, which means jail time. I turned myself in and have been clean since feb 2019. While in the process of hiring laboy, I met with a public defender for my first hearing to notify her I was hiring him. She only had two minutes to talk to me total, and before I could speak, gave me a rundown of how I was going to jail (walk in, go to jail anywhere for a couple months to 6 months). As soon as I told her I was hiring Julio Laboy I could see her demeanor shift. The judge's as well. His name carries a lot of weight in the court room. Well-respected. I ended up serving no jail time at all, and what's more, my probation was dismissed! Julio Laboy is amazing at what he does. He is very supportive and communicative. He will walk you through every step, with honesty and kindness. He takes the time to prepare and having him on your side is the wisest choice you can make!

Aaron really helped throughout my DUI case. He walked me through the entire process, was always great about getting back to me with any questions I had, and he was diligent about going over all the evidence to find anything that would help my case. After a careful study of the videos of my arrest, he was able to argue down my extreme DUI to a regular DUI, resulting in lower fines, less time with an interlock, less jail time. Awesome attorney!

Thank you for all your hard work and getting my DUI charge dropped before the trial! Aaron was always available by text or phone whenever I had a question. He was very thorough and detailed with his explanations during the many steps of the legal process. For our pre-trial hearing, Aaron hired a great expert witness and was relentless with the prosecutor, objecting to many of the statements and questions he was posing. Aaron black is sharp and highly efficient. He was very quick to reply to my e-mails, which was really reassuring. At our first meeting, I was impressed by how attentive and patient he was when I told him the injustice inflicted on me. I will always remember the fact that he took extensive notes and the way he did it, in part because my first divorce attorney whom I fired, did nothing comparable. The fact that the charge my soon-to-be ex pressed against me was the result of his chilling false allegations about an violent event he instigated and of his use of my nine year old daughter to conceal his violence and frame me does not make my case easy. Nor does it necessarily mean I was to be treated with justice. However, in retrospect, Aaron Black got me the deal, a pre plea diversion at a lightning speed. The reality is that within a month or so after my first meeting with Aaron in late February and my subsequent hiring of him, he got the above-noted deal. Prior to obtainment of the deal, Aaron succinctly pointed out the inconsistencies in a police report concerning my ex-to-be’s allegations and conveyed his professional opinions about the charge against me. That is to say, the charge against me should be dismissed without any conviction. I have already got the official order of dismissal. I believe it is his rational thinking and professional experience that helped me clear myself of false allegations. If you are looking for a highly capable and understanding attorney who will shield you from injustice, I strongly recommend you to work with Aaron Black!! Life becomes a lot easier and, in my opinion, will always get better with nice people around us!! Take care !

I was arrested for a DUI and had absolutely no idea what to do, who to call, and how to react. I read review after review, ask around for some references, and was completely overwhelmed with the process - I had a few consultations and finally reached out to Aaron on a Saturday fully expecting to leave a message and hear back on Monday. Aaron called me back that day and spent an hour of his weekend talking me through the typical process, potential outcomes, getting familiar with my specific situation, and helping me to set expectations for how long the process would take, what his plan would be, and what my worst case situation would be. Needless to say, I was completely overwhelmed by the whole DUI situation, especially being that I am not a resident of AZ (Chicago, IL right here) and that only complicated my situation even further. Beyond preparing me for court, helping to set me up with counseling, Aaron constantly communicated with me throughout the whole process, fought for me, and was ultimately able to secure a significantly reduced charge / plea versus my original charges (Extreme DUI down to DUI in the Slightest). Aaron was fantastic throughout the entire process, and I cannot recommend him enough. He is persistent, dedicated, incredibly knowledgeable, sincere, and sympathetic. I was originally referred to Aaron By a friend of mine that was in a Boating DUI and he told me that Aaron was extremely responsive and always answered his text or calls within a timely manner and that he also got his sentence reduced greatly. Im so thankful that I reached out to Aaron and had him as my Attorney during my Marijuana DUI. He explained everything to me very thoroughly and was straight up about how the process and court works with these situations. All in all my sentence was reduced and I did not receive a DUI and my license was never suspended. Not even for a day. No jail. No interlock. I lived out of state so it added some complications but none that he couldn't work around to give me the best help that he could provide. I am very satisfied with my experience.

I retained Josh Davidson's services for a legal matter in Arizona. As an out-of-state resident, I was lucky to have some connections in the legal profession who were able to refer me to Josh. He handled my matter with professionalism and skill. He was always quick to respond any time I reached out to him. His communication in that regard can't be overstated -- when you need your attorney, you need your attorney! And Josh and his staff are extremely responsive. His representation in this matter secured the most favorable result, and he explained every part of the process clearly and carefully in layman's terms, so I knew exactly what to expect. And his rates are extremely reasonable. He also follows through after the matter is resolved -- he doesn't "disappear" after things are adjudicated. I am using a fake name for this review because I would rather not use my real name for this, but I was facing a DUI charge and several drug possession felonies in the state of Arizona. Joshua Davidson was able to reach a deal with the prosecutor that gave me a chance to complete my case with several less charges than I had been charged with. Joshua Davidson is on point with communication and never made me any promises. Despite not making any promises he was able to get me probation and not any jail time. I would recommend this attorney to anyone in Arizona facing drug possession or DUI charges. He is obviously very experienced in this field and will do his absolute best to find the best possible outcome for all of his clients.

After reading several reviews, I was confident in selecting Josh Davidson and I am more than glad I did. I had called one other highly reviewed attorney prior and spoke with a receptionist who put me on hold for several minutes then told me she would have the attorney call me the next day. After 2 days and no call back, I called Josh Davidson's office. A receptionist answered but told me she would check to see if Josh was available and he accepted the call right away. I already felt better that he offered to talk to me personally. From the beginning, he was very supportive and maintained that support throughout the process. Josh is extremely knowledgeable with laws, penalties, options etc. and was very thorough in explaining everything and ensuring all my questions were answered before they even arose. I never had to talk to an assistant, he answered all my calls and emails personally and was willing to meet with me face to face when requested. There were several things I would have done incorrectly or been unaware of without his guidance and he definitely made the whole experience as painless as possible. He has a lot of experience and expertise in his profession and a good reputation which I am certain helped in my case. I cannot thank him enough for all he has done. If you find yourself in a legal bind, he is the guy to partner with.
