I am so thankful that I had Sean and his team to help me through this difficult process. Their compassion and knowledge really helped to guide me. I enjoyed my divorce, said no one ever. However, I can say it was made so much easier because of Natalia and her entire staff. Getting divorced is never easy and getting divorced during COVID was an adventure. Natalia has an amazing grasp on the ins and outs of divorce and family law. She is an ardent defender of her client, but tactful at the same time. Natalia always listened and understood my concerns. She was frank in her explanations of what could and could not be done. I unfortunately filed for a divorce initially with a lawyer who was not from this firm. Attorney Sara Canepa- Zenuini was a God send. From the moment she took my case over she made steady and quick progressive moves. I had mediation within a month of retaining her for my case, whereas the previous attorney sat idle with the case for more than a year. Attorney Zenuni and her office counterparts, were diligent, thorough, and accurate. She took active interest and listened well to my needs, as well as, worked prudently to cover bases and tie up ends I would never have thought of. She definitely looked out for me and what was important to my values and my heart. She also realistically offered advise and counsel not setting unrealistic expectations for the outcomes of certain matters. Overall, the cases were dismissed. There was a lack of communication on the attorney behalf. I wouldn’t have know anything if I wouldn’t have reached out. The case has been dismissed for almost a month and I am just finding out. Good results, just make sure you are constantly in contact with the attorney or you will be left in the dark.

Chris Melendez is basically a sloth. This guy is a straight clown show. Couldn’t get his life together, understand the details, or do the work required to get my attorney the required documents in a timely manner. Waited 7 months for a financial affidavit, waited 2 weeks for a signature on a final agreement, and literally almost ran directly into trial because it took this guy two years to get his life in order. This is the epitome of taking your time and maximizing income for the firm over clients needs. Literally impossible to work with, and a waste of time. IF THIS GUY PASSED THE BAR EXAM, ANYONE CAN. GO TO LAW SCHOOL EVERYBODY!

Ok. Soooo I stumbled upon this law firm by googling "Best Law Firms" and Oh, am I glad I did! Mr. Baker was very thorough, patient and super professional. He was able to answer ANY and all questions that I threw at him. I started the process of an annulment on the 13th of April and it was finalized on the 26th of May! ???????????????????????????? You're talking about Happy? That was me that day! I was expecting delays (because of the situation) but God did it and The Virga Law Firm put it to play! I HIGHLY recommended this firm ????%!!!

Attorney Joseph Baker gave me some very insightful advice and recommendations. I really liked his professionalism and his ability to be understanding and courteous to my issues at hand. He gives free consultations, which to me is utterly important and was willing to see me face to face. Even during these trying times, Joseph wants to meet his clients in person. Kudos for that! His retention price is very reasonable and affordable compared to many other attorneys out there. Joseph also has high reviews on AVVO and in google reviews. Our adoption process was outstanding from beginning to end. Nicole Ward Moore (attorney) and Jennifer Miller (paralegal) were extremely helpful and responsive throughout. Our adoption was out-of-state and during the COVID pandemic but we always felt that we were receiving expert care from our legal team. Any fees were enumerated clearly and they use a helpful/easy service for accepting payments. We worked with Nicole for the adoption of my daughter by my now husband after she helped my brother with his family's two adoptions. Nicole is invested in the process. Very unprofessional. They will file countless but not necessary papers with the court, and make you think they're doing lots of work for you. Even the judge told them not to make things more complicated. Of course, you know they charge you for every filing. The paralegals constantly get dates wrong and opposing lawyer's names crossed.

I would highly recommend Keersten Martinez to anyone looking for a family law attorney. She helped me during a very difficult divorce. Several years ago attorney Hamilton help me with some legal matters the case was closed everything went very well. Seven years later I had an issue related to the case. I had what I believed to be was a very difficult divorce case. I owned various properties that were prior to my marriage that my spouse tried very hard to get. Paulette was honest in the law and assured me which properties would be protected and how to handle any other properties that may need to be fought. We were set for trial and then as soon as the other side received all of our evidence to be presented they quickly provided a settlement offer because they knew at that moment they would not get even half of what I tried to offer at mediation. From the moment I first called in and spoke with the office manager, Susan, I knew then my case mattered - before even spending a dime. Paulette handled my consultation with care and knowledge. She did not make me feel rushed and assured me that my worries about the cost to fight was not as important as hearing my story. That helped me feel less pressure and focus on the matter at hand. I have had multiple “free consultations” which are always rushed and never informative. Paulette did the complete opposite- we even laughed a little to help lighten the mood. My case was then assigned to my paralegal Angela, who I swear appeared very knowledgeable about the rules and procedures of my situation. She spent her time with me answering my questions, reassuring me and reminding me that this office is a team and I will never feel alone. Along the process we laughed together, cried together, and even celebrated - COVID style of course ????. Watching Paulette fight for me at trial meant so much. When Natalie took my husband’s immigration case, it was at a crucial point in the process. Strapped for cash, we originally submitted application forms and documents on our own. My husband was also skeptical about lawyers because he had been burnt by one before. We had 30 days to prove eligibility for an unlawful presence waiver because the information we submitted did not adequately satisfy the grounds for the law. Natalie advised we had a good case which, if not properly presented, could easily be denied. From day one, she demonstrated her professionalism through thorough concise analysis of our case. Natalie spoke with us in easily understood language, explaining all the information/documents she would need to build our case. She set deadlines and made sure we stuck to them. Not only did she do her magic but she also reasonably designed a payment plan that we could afford. At the end of the 30 days, our documents were submitted, we were provided copies of all documents submitted along with a summary of her arguments. We were granted the waiver and Natalie kept in touch with us throughout the process. I would recommend this lawyer to all those individuals who are searching for a compassionate professional who is meticulous in the work she does.
