When one considers divorce. The overwhelming thought of hiring an Attorney to help with the burden and all the legal matters and who to hire. There are many lawyers out there to chose from but you have to protect yourself and find an Attorney that you feel comfortable with. Not to mention the splitting up of families and assets that the couple have acquired together over the years and the huge financial burden that can come with this. It can be an over whelming and stressful to. To help with my divorce I hired Jennifer Waterway to help me through the process. After our first meeting, I felt that not only did she make me feel I was in good hands but though the whole process. Jennifer really went that extra mile. She was always available to answer my questions and gave me directions on every matter that came about and why they did. I recently went through a divorce. Unfortunately, the first lawyer just took the retainer and did absolutely nothing for me so I fired her. Sandra was referred to me through someone else who said she was incredibly good and that I would be pleased with the outcome. That referral was a life saver for me! After I initially met with Sandra I knew she would fight for me and get me to the best possible outcome which she did. She stepped in after a long legal battle and within weeks closed the case with the results I hoped for. I recommend Mrs. Honickman to my cousin a few years back for his divorce. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. She’s smart, reliable, and a fantastic lawyer. Daniel, Paulina, Felicia, Claribel and the entire team were amazing to work with. David handled our Simultaneous closing on our condo and SEVERAL things along the way went a little left of center. He kept the same cheery attitude thru the entire process while coming up with alternative ideas to solve some of the funding and repair issues that got a little rocky. He made it happen and basically right on the spot dealing with the owners of the property we were buying to reach amicable solutions. Great experience

I would first like to start off by saying David Brandwein is the best family lawyer in my experience in South Florida. My children and I went to him in a desperate time of need, I was from Texas and had moved to Florida to be with my children’s father. THIS LAW FIRM DESERVES 0 STARS. WORST ATTORNEY EVER!!! STAY FAR AWAY. His office took me for a ride. Gustavo is WORSE THAN your typical attorney. Such arrogance and stole my money. He took my retainer now and refuses to respond back to me. He MUST HAVE his staff and family POST HIS REVIEWS FOR HIM BC my experience was definitely not 5 stars. I have never been disrespected and mistreated by any attorney ever in my entire life. I have filed a complaint with the Florida Bar and the investigation is pending.
