BEWARE!!! The first good note is to see this Man , Mr. Deon Choyce no longer practices criminal Law. Mr. Choyce came to the county jail to attempt to get me to hire him on a case matter and he secretly recorded our conversation and when I did NOT retain him for that specific matter he forwarded our conversation that he was secretly recording over to Detectives for the police dept. Do Not put your trust nor hard earned money in this mans wallet . I am not big on leaving reviews as this law firm is more to it then Mr Choyce himself . He has honest employees at his office I’m sure of it but Mr. Choyce is not trust worthy and do not go thru what I had to experience. He had his legal assistant call me to gather a little information about what I experienced. He had her call me back about 20 minutes later to let me know he passed on the case. I have documentation and witnesses that I was subjected to a hostile work environment for months, retaliated against for bringing up safety concerns and company policy violations by my peers. I am also owed for unpaid wages. The legal assistant said he said I gave up certain rights when I resigned (instead of continuing to be retaliated against in an hostile AND unsafe work environment) but that I should pursue a wage claim on my own. THIS IS NOT TRUE. By resigning, I made the case more difficult, I did not give up my rights. I hate excuses. Simply say, “I’m passing on the case because I do not want to take it on.” His legal assistant also stated the wrong statute of limitations on our initial call (I had already looked it up.) she backtracked by saying well,I’m not a lawyer so I’ll have to double check with him. Glad he passed.

We had a case involving a large company with what was described by a mediator as an insurance firm that was very difficult to deal with. We hired Kuvara Law Firm, and with no additional cost, they brought in Steven Cornet, a highly regarded litigator. When we finally entered mediation after a dragged out schedule set by the opposing team, we were able to observe our litigator in action. My experience with Lady Attorney Jill Henderson was far from what i expected.
