I was driving to work and was hit head on. Todd helped me after my auto accident. I was in a wheelchair and couldn't work or help my wife with the kids. Todd took all the stress of dealing with the insurance companies away. I knew very shortly after the accident what I was intitled to and everything was handled leaving me to worry about my rehab. I am a former law enforcement officer who has disabled on the job years ago. When I got into a recent car accident, the other driver's insurance company tried to blame my injuries and treatment on my old disability. I have been in three accidents over 21 years and have had Todd represent me in all of them. The first one was in 1989, and Todd did such a fine job that I returned to him in 1994. In that accident, Todd recovered for me a policy-limit settlement in excess of $100,000. My most-recent accident was in 2010. Aside from the initial meeting which was pleasant everything from there went downhill. Communication only happened after REPEATED contact from either myself or my husband and even then was poor at best. There was much confusion about what was even happening. Rather then fight for us we had to repeatedly request and press for common rights within the worker’s compensation system. I feel strongly like this may be a “back pocket” office and they are more in it to work with certain companies workers compensations divisions, get a percentage for taking the referrals, then make a show but no results, compassion, instruction or care for the injured workers rights they are hired to represent. We hired an attorney because we did not have a good understanding of the worker’s compensation system. We would have been better off to navigate it on our own then have representation by this office. I say this as a person who started this case with zero knowledge of WC law, that changed when I begin to work in it myself and I saw just how shoddily my husband had been handled and treated. We lost our home due to his injury. He can no longer pick up our children, go on hikes as a family and so many other things! Would have been nice if our attorney who was PAID TO HELP US could have at least called once in awhile. Or maybe viewed the Man who is the center of our family as more then a dollar sign! Enjoy the funds you didn’t earn sir! Please, if you are considering hiring this office for your sake and well being go elsewhere. I can’t change the devastation being t boned while driving a school bus for work has wrought upon my husband and our family but if you’ve been hurt and are still looking for representation I can at least save someone else from being treated as we were!!

Mr Sheedy did not pursue my workers comp claim seriously He refused to review my paperwork, listen to my truthful well documented complaints regarding workers comp injuries,medical needs, Sx etc I had to use my own private insurance for Sx & he didn't even try to make Keenan & Assoc & TCDE be responsible Just out for a quick buck Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was involved in an accident, and stupidly, did NOT hire a legal team after the accident. It was a minor accident, but I definitely needed treatment for the pain. I ended up being taken advantage of my the opposing party's insurance and even a place that was treating me! I would have been left with at LEAST a 7000 dollar bill that I would have paid for out of pocket...However, I was referred to Curtis Legal Group, and though negotiations took till almost the last day (2 years after the accident), they were able to get me out of the hole, and even got me some settlement of my own (I just wanted to break even after all the stress). Ellen and her team her SUPER professional, reassuring, and helpful! Don't be like me: hire these people PRIOR to treatment...No doubt they would have saved me more stress. I'm glad that they were able to help me after the fact as well! 5 stars, all the way through!

I used Wyatt law firm for a problem with my home lender. Russell Wyatt took my case,and then handed me over to another person Justin Monaco,from there justin started my case,i also paid Justin a monthly flat fee,as the months dragged on i started to notice a lot of problems,missed deadlines etc,i called russell many times,he said Justin was handling your case.(Long story short) it turns out Justin is not a lawyer.I was lied to so many times by Justin and others at that law firm,deadlines would pass,and i would call Justin,he was always so confused.and say let me look into it,and seldom get back to me. I finally called Russell to ask what he Heck is going on,he filled me with lies,then fired Justin.They finally got my problem resolved,but totally ripped me off and lied to me time after time.Russell had no idea what justin was doing,i really do not know what Justins role was,since russell would never tell me truth.Russell sorry to put this outhere,but you know what you did.

Stay away from this guy. About 15 years ago I got a settlement but out of it was about $45,000 in expenses (much of it made up bs) when I picked up my settlment cashier check is when he brought to my attention that there was minus 45,000 but he was still waiting for the receipts to comein. . Being young I signed that he gave them to me with his promise he would mail them to me. Guess what I never received??? Hes a crook and just over all a bad guy.The settlement I got was pennies compared to what other people have gotten for less of a case. Im surprised he is still in practice. Im sure he has robbed other people too and I hope we can all come together and put a stop to him doing this to his future clients. Mike Loewen is a true bottom feeder! Any positive reviews here Im sure he used stollen .money to pay people to leave. Yea Mike, I havent forgotten about you... I really hope this post detours many good people that would have otherwise fallen victim to you.

Called in to get a general consultation and establish what might be involved after a car accident with faulty airbags. I provided my first and last name contact information and then was asked for my address, while being asked I was told if I don't feel comfortable giving the information out then I do not need to. I asked why this was needed and if they disclose my information to other parties. She responded stating that is recommended to establish for the best contact information but since I was not giving her my address that they we not going to take on my case and good luck with my search. Very short conversation and borderline rude. To go from optional information to just jumping to we don't want your case is a bit dramatic. Called was answered by Diego who was very professional but passed to intake Priscilla who made it hard to complete a sentence without being cut-off for her script.

I have confirmed with the phone operator that all the SENSITIVE information you provide on the trust application is sent and processed in a foreign country. Nothing against anyone I just don't feel safe sending that level of confidential information that should be attorney client privileged to a foreign country.

Peter and team helped us with a Trust in 2017. It was a pretty efficient process where he both explained things in detail but also incorporated quickly our comments. He also continued to be available for occasional questions that came up ever since, responding usually within a few hours. Put short, would definitely recommend for Trust preparations.

I have to say that I was very unhappy with the actions of Mark Stawicki, because he didn't do everything he should of to help me with my settlement. He never returned calls, he always made excuses on why he never fallowed up. I am still in the process of trying to get treatment when he settled my claim for only 1/3 the amount of my bills and for what my surgery is going to cost. I am still in treatment and can barely walk when I was 100% healthy before the accident happened. he could of sued the person that hit me, he could of contacted the government as well since the person that hit me was on duty military. I feel like all he cared about was to get paid and I was right because my daughter was also in the accident with me and he took forever to even help her so she fired him. The case was NEVER settled and he is trying to take a cut of what ever she makes even though he did nothing to help her but dictate one letter. I have worked with lawyers before for my job and when a client leaves all they charge is what they spent and most of the time not even that. But Mark is trying to charge for stuff he doesn't deserve all the way down the post stamps.... Be very careful because he is out for himself NOT for the client and lawyers like this is what gives good honest ones a bad name...

Sold out my high value case when I broke my back inside the office of Numotion picking up custom ordered ultralight wheelchair. Stawicki and Mr. Anderson dismissed themselves from my lawsuite against corporate medical supply after manditory settlement agreement efore trial was set. I was unaware took place. Anderson should have been fired over a year ago but I was assured by mr. Stawicki this crook had my best interests at hand and not to fire him after his refusal to send me to private doctor or chiropractor. This is just a little of the harrassment I have had to endure from these criminals. They need to be disbarred. They clearly took my money and have zero integrity lies lies lies. I should have waited until corporate office offered me a settlement before contacting a lawyer. My back has never healed and I have no medical treatment behind me. STAWICKI Anderson and SINCLARE need to be put in jail for what they have done to me. I'm a cripple now and they offer me 6k and I refuse so they dismiss themselves putting my creditability in question. You have been warned.
