Peter and team helped us with a Trust in 2017. It was a pretty efficient process where he both explained things in detail but also incorporated quickly our comments. He also continued to be available for occasional questions that came up ever since, responding usually within a few hours. Put short, would definitely recommend for Trust preparations.

I have to say that I was very unhappy with the actions of Mark Stawicki, because he didn't do everything he should of to help me with my settlement. He never returned calls, he always made excuses on why he never fallowed up. I am still in the process of trying to get treatment when he settled my claim for only 1/3 the amount of my bills and for what my surgery is going to cost. I am still in treatment and can barely walk when I was 100% healthy before the accident happened. he could of sued the person that hit me, he could of contacted the government as well since the person that hit me was on duty military. I feel like all he cared about was to get paid and I was right because my daughter was also in the accident with me and he took forever to even help her so she fired him. The case was NEVER settled and he is trying to take a cut of what ever she makes even though he did nothing to help her but dictate one letter. I have worked with lawyers before for my job and when a client leaves all they charge is what they spent and most of the time not even that. But Mark is trying to charge for stuff he doesn't deserve all the way down the post stamps.... Be very careful because he is out for himself NOT for the client and lawyers like this is what gives good honest ones a bad name...

Sold out my high value case when I broke my back inside the office of Numotion picking up custom ordered ultralight wheelchair. Stawicki and Mr. Anderson dismissed themselves from my lawsuite against corporate medical supply after manditory settlement agreement efore trial was set. I was unaware took place. Anderson should have been fired over a year ago but I was assured by mr. Stawicki this crook had my best interests at hand and not to fire him after his refusal to send me to private doctor or chiropractor. This is just a little of the harrassment I have had to endure from these criminals. They need to be disbarred. They clearly took my money and have zero integrity lies lies lies. I should have waited until corporate office offered me a settlement before contacting a lawyer. My back has never healed and I have no medical treatment behind me. STAWICKI Anderson and SINCLARE need to be put in jail for what they have done to me. I'm a cripple now and they offer me 6k and I refuse so they dismiss themselves putting my creditability in question. You have been warned.

This office is very professional. They will not lie to you, cheat you, or steal from you. They retrieved a very large sum of money for me that was taken by another law firm quite dishonestly. Do your due diligence here research them and you will see that their record is spotless. If you have a good cause he will represent you and if you don't he will tell you he can't help you. He will not take your money.

I went to hire attorney right after my wife has been involved in hit and run accident. They promised me to get me a good compensation from the insurance company and that they’ll work on paying off my wife’s medical bills. It ended up taking big share of what my insurance already offered me before hiring them because they had me and my wife sign off some papers and the hospital eventually collected their money. It’s kind of fraud. I’m not sure if Thomas knows what the other guys are doing in his office !!

I was driving to work and was hit head on. Todd helped me after my auto accident. I was in a wheelchair and couldn't work or help my wife with the kids. Todd took all the stress of dealing with the insurance companies away. I knew very shortly after the accident what I was intitled to and everything was handled leaving me to worry about my rehab. I am a former law enforcement officer who has disabled on the job years ago. When I got into a recent car accident, the other driver's insurance company tried to blame my injuries and treatment on my old disability. Todd was able to schedule a meeting with me and the insurance adjuster for the other driver who came to Todd's office to hear our side of the case. Todd persuaded the adjuster that my injuries were from the recent car crash. Shortly after that meeting, Todd secured for me a settlement higher than I had ever expected in the hundreds of thousands of dollars. Todd did not quit then. He continued to work on the case for free, and negotiated with my health insurance company who wanted to be reimbursed for the car-accident bills that they had paid. I have been in three accidents over 21 years and have had Todd represent me in all of them. The first one was in 1989, and Todd did such a fine job that I returned to him in 1994. In that accident, Todd recovered for me a policy-limit settlement in excess of $100,000. My most-recent accident was in 2010. That accident involved my being hit by a criminal who was fleeing the home that he had just robbed. He was being chased, and crashed into me. Aside from the initial meeting which was pleasant everything from there went downhill. Communication only happened after REPEATED contact from either myself or my husband and even then was poor at best. There was much confusion about what was even happening. Rather then fight for us we had to repeatedly request and press for common rights within the worker’s compensation system. I feel strongly like this may be a “back pocket” office and they are more in it to work with certain companies workers compensations divisions, get a percentage for taking the referrals, then make a show but no results, compassion, instruction or care for the injured workers rights they are hired to represent. We hired an attorney because we did not have a good understanding of the worker’s compensation system. We would have been better off to navigate it on our own then have representation by this office. I say this as a person who started this case with zero knowledge of WC law, that changed when I begin to work in it myself and I saw just how shoddily my husband had been handled and treated. We lost our home due to his injury. He can no longer pick up our children, go on hikes as a family and so many other things! Would have been nice if our attorney who was PAID TO HELP US could have at least called once in awhile. Or maybe viewed the Man who is the center of our family as more then a dollar sign! Enjoy the funds you didn’t earn sir! Please, if you are considering hiring this office for your sake and well being go elsewhere. I can’t change the devastation being t boned while driving a school bus for work has wrought upon my husband and our family but if you’ve been hurt and are still looking for representation I can at least save someone else from being treated as we were!!

Mr Sheedy did not pursue my workers comp claim seriously He refused to review my paperwork, listen to my truthful well documented complaints regarding workers comp injuries,medical needs, Sx etc I had to use my own private insurance for Sx & he didn't even try to make Keenan & Assoc & TCDE be responsible Just out for a quick buck Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
