Choyce Law Firm was very helpful and professional. They answered all my questions promptly and explained everything well. They provided me with all the documents I needed for my records and were very transparent throughout all stages of the process. Unfortunately my situation resolved with a final tab more expensive than if I had handled it myself. But despite this, I still recommend their services. They made everything very simple and I'd rather pay them than the police department anyway.

I was extremely pleased with the Choyce Law Firm. I had received a ticket for excessive speed of 112 mph while driving on the highway in the city of Dixon. I was really worried about the consequences as I faced an $800 fine, 3 points on my insurance and my license being suspended. I contact the Choyce Law Firm and spoke to Julianna who informed of Mr. Dionne. Mr. Dionne and the Choyce Law Firm were able to reassure me and when the court date came, Mr. Dionne was able to clear all charges. I was thoroughly impressed and shocked with the results. BEWARE!!! The first good note is to see this Man , Mr. Deon Choyce no longer practices criminal Law. Mr. Choyce came to the county jail to attempt to get me to hire him on a case matter and he secretly recorded our conversation and when I did NOT retain him for that specific matter he forwarded our conversation that he was secretly recording over to Detectives for the police dept. Do Not put your trust nor hard earned money in this mans wallet . I am not big on leaving reviews as this law firm is more to it then Mr Choyce himself . He has honest employees at his office I’m sure of it but Mr. Choyce is not trust worthy and do not go thru what I had to experience. There are many of other “ choices “ out there I would highly recommend looking into those options if need any type of legal representation. KEEP IN MIND he did work for law enforcement himself the District Attorneys office . Thru my experience never hire any legal representation whom worked for the other side of the bench and then switch sides . They use the oh I know all sides of the court room as it will be in your favor but it never proves to be .

My experience with Lady Attorney Jill Henderson was far from what i expected. I was involved in an accident to the point where my mother was taken to the hospital by ambulance and my self had to follow in our wrecked vehicle to be seen in the emergency room after hitting my head with the steering wheel. For myself i could say i was misdiagnosed by the doctor that night making me feel my injury was not related to my accident. I felt miserable, hurt physically and mentally. We decided to go with Jill Henderson without hesitation since they firm had previously and successfully help a relative of mine. We explained everything to them and immediately they got to work ( you must know that in order for this to happen you have to follow their instructions and answer their questions to better help you). Jill Henderson is an amazing Attorney but above all a great human being. As i mentioned before not what i expected, especially when the first thing doctors ask is what kind of insurance do you have? I expected the same here, that cold calculated treatment you usually get. Jill Henderson showed a real concern for me and my health and i must say, i will be forever grateful to you for not giving up on me when i actually had given up on my self????. She helped me get through all of this, my mother too. The results to me were far and beyond from what I expected in the best way possible. Thank God for you Jill Henderson, because forever i will remember what you did for my mother and me.and yesss... I'm crying.

This woman Jill Henderson, Is the most amazing human being my case is not closed yet but she has done more for me and worked harder than anybody has in 6 months , than 3 Lawyers and 3 drs did in over a year!!!! I don’t have the best dr trails cause of lack of care and i have had pain and Anxiety that everyone thought was over exaggerated, until Jill got me approved to see amazing drs who did all the right scans and new what was wrong the moment I walked in!!!!! This firm and woman has done so much for me to get me amazing care that even my original drs came back apologizing for not believing me and offer help to get me back to heath. I have a hard case because it’s Workman’s Comp and 3rd party so there is a lot of paperwork and back and forth with adjusters and insurance and Jill gets it done no matter what and no matter how hard she has to work at it such an amazing person and top Attorney Of all time!!!! I was represented by Mr. Sumner in a case involving a truck that had struck me while on my bicycle . His outstanding skillset included an in-depth legal understanding, an easy to understand approach and, most importantly, an ability to get me to verbalize my story. Even though the opposing council was excessively aggressive and, at times, insulting to me, Mr. Sumner maintained a respectful and sympathetic view of the trucker; always respectful and the way I wanted to be represented. Needless to say, even after 3 weeks of court days filled with evidence and testimony, a unanimous jury found the trucker at fault. Mr. Sumner is how all lawyers should behave, a pleasure to work with and someone, I hope never to have to call again for the right reason; i don't ever want to experience the trauma I went through.

I am a 71 year old, female bicyclist who was hit by a car in October of 2018 and suffered some pretty severe injuries. I hired Scott Sumner, The Pedal Lawyer, after being dissatisfied with the first lawyer I hired for my personal injury lawsuit. Communicating with Scott and his senior legal assistant, Cynthia Byrd was like night and day in comparison to the first lawyer. Scott always explained things to me clearly and succinctly in terms of how we were going to proceed with the case. We had a case involving a large company with what was described by a mediator as an insurance firm that was very difficult to deal with. We hired Kuvara Law Firm, and with no additional cost, they brought in Steven Cornet, a highly regarded litigator. When we finally entered mediation after a dragged out schedule set by the opposing team, we were able to observe our litigator in action. We had been advised by Mr. Cornet of the typical awards in the county where our trial would be held. The mediator also clearly advised us of the court, witness and other costs involved in trial. My wife, the party with life changing injuries from the collapse of a defective store display, and I had previously agreed on what we felt would be a fair net outcome for us after expenses. Mr. Cornet was able to negotiate that outcome. Further, the Kuvara-Cornet team negotiated with the medical provider and others to further increase our net outcome. Ultimately, our settlement was significantly more than we had anticipated. Colby Kuvara then arranged for us to have a phone conference about the possibilities of future medical attachments to our settlement. Based on that conference, we determined that no set aside would be required. Our full settlement check was mailed to us certified mail the next day. I would strongly recommend Kuvara Law Firm and Steven Cornet, attorney, for your personal injury needs.

I found Mitchell Leeds, LLP on Google while looking for a lawyer who works in Medical Malpractice. I was highly uneducated on this topic. I left a voicemail. Today around Noon I got a call and although I did not fit into what they take case wise, the man on the other line his name starts with a D was extremely helpful, kind, and respectful.
