I’ll try to make this review not as lengthy but transparent and to the point. As a legal company they got the Job done. Mariana was literally my Go-to. She is the only reason I stayed with this law company. My accident happened in June of 2018 and I just completed everything in may of 2021. So it took some time. Mr.Michael esq. Was helpful as well. What I didn’t like is I went through literally 6 different paralegals or assistants and it became so frustrating as a client to have to break down my case and explain everything time after time. What I can appreciate is when Mariana said she was going to make sure everything was taking care of she meant that. She was accountable as hell and at this time I can’t do anything but rave about how persistent she was. Overall I give them 5 stars I just wanted to be transparent bc over the course of 3 years it wasn’t easy I wanted to give up but it was definitely worth it!

I'm not at all happy with the services rendered by this law firm. Their not responsive, you have to constantly chase them down for any updated information, they sound scripted each and every time you call them. If they are unsure of the outcome of your case they treat you and your process very non chalant. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone period!

I wouldn't even give a star ..they told me the case would change my life and t hen sold me out 4 the lowest bid.trolley accident in 2015 got me2800$ in 2020.My81 bus accident in 2016 100$.00 in 2020 and blamed me for being 51 in other accidents.i wanted to go trial with trial lawyer the boss called me to tell me HE settled my case for the low bid and didn't care what I wanted they use to b good now thre milking cows.I would NEVER refer them. I graduated from B..c college I'm a paralegal ...just confirmed the lie about my 2016 other case they had said noone wanted to give me money only 100.00 settlement right sign to release we did all we could strait from jason now who allegedly wins y did he lie when i had a hearing set for court this month i just looked at the court website blatelently do not trust them they lie and hold cases then u lose..do better go elsewhere bad business lies deceit waiting years and 100. could be u next farewell bad attorneys ill never talk good about this agency the real attorneys no longer work there i see y .Even my trial attorney left to a new business lol now u see y they embaress their own with their disrespectful unethical representation on God.

I can not let another year go by without expressing our gratitude and the humility we have for the Kelley & Uustal Law Group. Although my grandfather has passed away as of April 2020, he lived a long 13 years of financial stability which afforded him to fund his own life and to continue to take care of his existing family. Being confined to a bed and placed under 24-hour care for the remainder of your life does not come cheap. My grandfather was able to live in his personal home with his family, obtain all the equipment to assist with his daily living, and was able to afford travels so he could vacation with the family. All of this was possible because of the hard work, dedication, expertise, and willingness of the Kelley & Uustal law group with Todd Falzone and his paralegal Jody leading the way. From day one you all came out in authority. The presence of accomplished was felt the moment I walked into the law firm and was constantly greeted by everyone in there without anyone knowing who I was and why was I there. Todd Falzone was by my side every step of the way, through depositions, hospital dilemmas, nursing home difficulties. I called him for everything, and he always responded, and when he could not Jody would always make the call. I was never ignored; I was treated more like family. The day of court I was so nervous, but Robert Kelley and Todd Falzone always looked over to their left where I was sitting with a bright smile on their face. I knew if they were smiling, I should have been smiling too. I also looked to the rear of the court room and saw Mr. Uustal there in support of his colleague, and I can remember thinking these guys are the real deal. My grandfather’s entire case was expensive and the care he received prior to winning the case was even more expensive.
