I highly recommend giving this Law Firm a call if you were involved in a car accident. Not only did my attorney do an exceptional job, but his office manager, Iesha, was great to work with. Never had I experienced what I experienced while working with this firm. Both my attorney and Iesha expressed on numerous occasions that my well being and recovery was the most important thing for them. They both are empathetic and care about one receiving the appropriate treatments for recovery. They made me feel as if I was a family relative and that is something that is hard to come by. What made this experience even better is that their communication skills are spectacular. I always received a status update and when I had an appointment, I knew to expect a phone call from Iesha the same day! She was always on top of my case and provided me well information. Our Family suffered the tragic loss of a member in a motor vehicle accident where the third party was at Fault. Krupnick Law Firm worked diligently for us. They provided a team of lawyers - Kelly Hancock and Blake Dolman - together with their support staff, investigators and others as required. They were there for us legally and personally through the whole process, available at all times. They were professional and caring, taking the time to listen to us and to explain the law and the process every step of the way. We initiated a lawsuit, however prior to trial they negotiated an excellent settlement and were paid appropriately for the work the team completed on our behalf. I am a business person who routinely deals with lawyers and other professionals on a regular basis . I have no hesitation in recommending them and the firm. In my 30 years of working with attorneys in various areas, I've never come across an attorney & team more competent, diligent, proactive and effective in addition to being extremely pleasant to work with. The lawyers at RTR are fantastic. They are very kind, respond quickly to emails, are very understanding and accommodating, and go above and beyond for their clients. That being said, I didn’t realize until meeting a man in the state I currently reside who happens to be an investigator for a personal injury law firm how much I was screwed over by this firm. I was not at fault and no or little efforts were put forth to investigate. I didn’t have the ability to press the issue at the time, as I was simply trying to survive after the accident. Not only do I live in constant pain and have a bum knee that severely impacts my quality of life, but due to a lifetime of abuse I am poor, chronically homeless, without a support system and desperately needed more than the little bit I got. While I was very appreciative of my lawyer’s efforts to be supportive as I left Florida to get away from abuse and dealt with homelessness and suicide attempts, I did not appreciate all of the invalidating, dismissive, and critical comments. I should have accepted that my lawyer is a man of privilege who was unwilling to listen to me and felt entitled enough to speak authoritatively on subjects he knows nothing about, instead of driving myself crazy trying to get him to listen and understand. Since I had no one else to turn to I was extremely grateful that he tried to support me (especially since he didn’t have to), but was blind to how damaging it was. For the record, help doesn’t exist in this country. If you’ve been dealt a bad hand in life, you’re screwed. It does not matter how hard you try, a good life is nearly unattainable for someone like myself. The system not only doesn’t help, but just makes a horrific situation worse and no one else will help you. Despite begging for help, I am once again homeless because of ending up in another bad situation since I don’t have the means to better my life and escape this cycle of homelessness and abuse. Sadly, society does not care about people like myself, despite having survived incomprehensible atrocities that continue to negatively impact every aspect of my life. We are punished for being victims, ostracized and treated as less than human. Not only do I wish the car accident had killed me instead of just injuring me, I also wish I had never hired RTR as in the end they just caused me a lot of emotional pain. I’ve been struggling to let this go, so posting in hopes it will help me move on.

As I scan through the 5 star reviews, I wish it was me saying these great things about Joseph and his firm. For FIVE (5) years I got the run-around; the staff is a revolving door, and every 6 months a new legal-aide assigned to my case……going on for FIVE YEARS. The case went EXTREMELY COLD, and we never saw our day in court because he just threw my case to the “low priority” bucket. Eventually, I had to cut ties with him (had I known how easy it was to fire your attorney, I would have done so years ago). Unless you are a slam dunk case where he can easily sue an insurance company, then enjoy being in legal purgatory for many, many years as your case (and your sanity) rots into darkness.

Wonderful and personalized service. Attorney Madalon had a great memory when it comes conversations. For example, I met him in an Uber ride a year and half ago where we struck a great conversation where he gave me his business card. When I needed his services a year and half later, I called him and before I continued with the conversation, he remembered my voice and the conversation we had. I was very impressed and felt confident about seeking his help. In the end of it at., I am thrilled about his results as a client.

I would like to say that working with Alan and then Kevin was a very professional and informative process. I appreciated their honesty and diligence in the best outcome possible. One other person I think is awesome at GMV is the assistant Vivianna. When the attorneys were not available Vivianna always kept us abreast of what was happening.
