To all of you looking for a injury attorney you have come to the right place!!! I initially chose another firm to represent me and my experience was horrible.I realized over a month had passed and I had not been contacted by anyone to schedule my doctor appointment.I decided to phone a friend who I knew had been in a car accident the year prior and I remembered all the great things she had to say about her experience with this firm.I immediately contacted them and was advised an attorney will contact me and within 30 minutes to my surprise Joseph called.The conversation went extremely smooth and professional by the time I hung up the phone call he felt like a friend.Iesha his paralegal held my hand from start to finish.There was never an email or phone call unanswered.I highly recommend the whole staff you will not be disappointed ????

I highly recommend giving this Law Firm a call if you were involved in a car accident. Not only did my attorney do an exceptional job, but his office manager, Iesha, was great to work with. Never had I experienced what I experienced while working with this firm. Both my attorney and Iesha expressed on numerous occasions that my well being and recovery was the most important thing for them. They both are empathetic and care about one receiving the appropriate treatments for recovery. They made me feel as if I was a family relative and that is something that is hard to come by. What made this experience even better is that their communication skills are spectacular. I always received a status update and when I had an appointment, I knew to expect a phone call from Iesha the same day! She was always on top of my case and provided me well information. The whole team was excellent from day one, it was a long process and there were a few times I wanted to throw in the towel but they always did an excellent job fighting for my best interest even when I wanted to give up. I wouldn't even give a star ..they told me the case would change my life and t hen sold me out 4 the lowest bid.trolley accident in 2015 got me2800$ in 2020.My81 bus accident in 2016 100$.00 in 2020 and blamed me for being 51 in other accidents.i wanted to go trial with trial lawyer the boss called me to tell me HE settled my case for the low bid and didn't care what I wanted they use to b good now thre milking cows.I would NEVER refer them. I graduated from B..c college I'm a paralegal ...just confirmed the lie about my 2016 other case they had said noone wanted to give me money only 100.00 settlement right sign to release we did all we could strait from jason now who allegedly wins y did he lie when i had a hearing set for court this month i just looked at the court website blatelently do not trust them they lie and hold cases then u lose..do better go elsewhere bad business lies deceit waiting years and 100. could be u next farewell bad attorneys ill never talk good about this agency the real attorneys no longer work there i see y .Even my trial attorney left to a new business lol now u see y they embaress their own with their disrespectful unethical representation on God.

I'm not at all happy with the services rendered by this law firm. Their not responsive, you have to constantly chase them down for any updated information, they sound scripted each and every time you call them. If they are unsure of the outcome of your case they treat you and your process very non chalant. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone period!

After being injured in an on the job accident in November of 2020, a friend of mine recommended the services of Wolf & Pravato, who I promptly called, and Vince came directly to my place of residence the very same day. The accident occurred while I was working, and my car was completely destroyed. Unfortunately, the injuries I sustained required surgery, and in addition to that, I also tested positive for Covid-19 within the same time frame. The world was literally caving in on me, and these people (Wolf & Pravato) were with me every step of the way. The coordination of all the doctor appointments, physical therapy, surgery – post op and everything in between – they were there! My case manager, Melissa, even gave me her personal phone number and told me to call if I needed anything. The accident severely affected my livelihood, as I was unable to work in an already fractured economy due to the pandemic. I immediately applied for unemployment, but this is a process that takes months of jumping through hoops before collecting a dime – and Wolf & Pravato were able to provide me with several loans over a 6 month process, to the likes of which I wouldn't have remained afloat without. They were literally like lifesavers to me. And in terms of the actual settlement, Wolf & Pravato were able to get me the maximum amount according to my accident and case. Words cannot express my gratitude. This truly is an outfit that cares about their clients. Their quality of service is rare in today's world. They are above and beyond the normal standard. If I could rate Wolf & Pravato on a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give them a 12! Thank you so much again for everything. Richard, Vince, Melissa and Lauren: I'm forever grateful.

I was referred to Wolf & Pravato from a work acquaintance; he had used them and spoke positive of his experience. I contacted Wolf & Pravato after my car accident and they were very professional and extremely good at their jobs. Jayne worked with me weekly to gather the bills, get them paid and even was able to get a negative mark off of my credit report due to the hospital refusing to pay. Jayne was great. It was a long process but when it came time to negotiate, Mr. Pravato himself took over and was able to negotiate a quick and fair settlement. I highly recommend Wolf & Pravato.

As I scan through the 5 star reviews, I wish it was me saying these great things about Joseph and his firm. For FIVE (5) years I got the run-around; the staff is a revolving door, and every 6 months a new legal-aide assigned to my case……going on for FIVE YEARS. The case went EXTREMELY COLD, and we never saw our day in court because he just threw my case to the “low priority” bucket. Eventually, I had to cut ties with him (had I known how easy it was to fire your attorney, I would have done so years ago). Unless you are a slam dunk case where he can easily sue an insurance company, then enjoy being in legal purgatory for many, many years as your case (and your sanity) rots into darkness.

Wonderful and personalized service. Attorney Madalon had a great memory when it comes conversations. For example, I met him in an Uber ride a year and half ago where we struck a great conversation where he gave me his business card. When I needed his services a year and half later, I called him and before I continued with the conversation, he remembered my voice and the conversation we had. I was very impressed and felt confident about seeking his help. In the end of it at., I am thrilled about his results as a client.

The lawyers at RTR are fantastic. They are very kind, respond quickly to emails, are very understanding and accommodating, and go above and beyond for their clients. That being said, I didn’t realize until meeting a man in the state I currently reside who happens to be an investigator for a personal injury law firm how much I was screwed over by this firm. I was not at fault and no or little efforts were put forth to investigate. I didn’t have the ability to press the issue at the time, as I was simply trying to survive after the accident. Not only do I live in constant pain and have a bum knee that severely impacts my quality of life, but due to a lifetime of abuse I am poor, chronically homeless, without a support system and desperately needed more than the little bit I got. While I was very appreciative of my lawyer’s efforts to be supportive as I left Florida to get away from abuse and dealt with homelessness and suicide attempts, I did not appreciate all of the invalidating, dismissive, and critical comments. I should have accepted that my lawyer is a man of privilege who was unwilling to listen to me and felt entitled enough to speak authoritatively on subjects he knows nothing about, instead of driving myself crazy trying to get him to listen and understand. Since I had no one else to turn to I was extremely grateful that he tried to support me (especially since he didn’t have to), but was blind to how damaging it was. For the record, help doesn’t exist in this country. If you’ve been dealt a bad hand in life, you’re screwed. It does not matter how hard you try, a good life is nearly unattainable for someone like myself. The system not only doesn’t help, but just makes a horrific situation worse and no one else will help you. Despite begging for help, I am once again homeless because of ending up in another bad situation since I don’t have the means to better my life and escape this cycle of homelessness and abuse. Sadly, society does not care about people like myself, despite having survived incomprehensible atrocities that continue to negatively impact every aspect of my life. We are punished for being victims, ostracized and treated as less than human. Not only do I wish the car accident had killed me instead of just injuring me, I also wish I had never hired RTR as in the end they just caused me a lot of emotional pain. I’ve been struggling to let this go, so posting in hopes it will help me move on.
