I found Mr. White and his associates to be professional and courteous. My case was resolved quickly, within a year, without me having to go to trial. I felt the settlement was fair and fit the circumstances. Ultimately, I would have been happy to have received a higher award, but I am aware that in these Covid-19 times, there are many legal limitations which would have required a longer wait to completion of the case. I was glad that Duffy’s understood that I had suffered injuries that will affect and limit me in some ways for a very long time, if not forever, and took responsibility for their lack of maintenance of the property, which caused my fall.

I was in a car accident a little over a year and contacted Anidjar and Levine’s office for advice and help. Right away I got the help I needed, they did everything for me: doctors research, appointment and follow up every step of the way. I highly recommend giving this Law Firm a call if you were involved in a car accident. Not only did my attorney do an exceptional job, but his office manager, Iesha, was great to work with. Never had I experienced what I experienced while working with this firm. Both my attorney and Iesha expressed on numerous occasions that my well being and recovery was the most important thing for them. They both are empathetic and care about one receiving the appropriate treatments for recovery. They made me feel as if I was a family relative and that is something that is hard to come by. What made this experience even better is that their communication skills are spectacular. After being injured in an on the job accident in November of 2020, a friend of mine recommended the services of Wolf & Pravato, who I promptly called, and Vince came directly to my place of residence the very same day. The accident occurred while I was working, and my car was completely destroyed. Unfortunately, the injuries I sustained required surgery, and in addition to that, I also tested positive for Covid-19 within the same time frame. The world was literally caving in on me, and these people (Wolf & Pravato) were with me every step of the way. The coordination of all the doctor appointments, physical therapy, surgery – post op and everything in between – they were there! My case manager, Melissa, even gave me her personal phone number and told me to call if I needed anything. The accident severely affected my livelihood, as I was unable to work in an already fractured economy due to the pandemic. I immediately applied for unemployment, but this is a process that takes months of jumping through hoops before collecting a dime – and Wolf & Pravato were able to provide me with several loans over a 6 month process, to the likes of which I wouldn't have remained afloat without. They were literally like lifesavers to me. And in terms of the actual settlement, Wolf & Pravato were able to get me the maximum amount according to my accident and case. I was referred to Wolf & Pravato from a work acquaintance; he had used them and spoke positive of his experience. I contacted Wolf & Pravato after my car accident and they were very professional and extremely good at their jobs. Jayne worked with me weekly to gather the bills, get them paid and even was able to get a negative mark off of my credit report due to the hospital refusing to pay. Jayne was great. I can not let another year go by without expressing our gratitude and the humility we have for the Kelley & Uustal Law Group. Although my grandfather has passed away as of April 2020, he lived a long 13 years of financial stability which afforded him to fund his own life and to continue to take care of his existing family. Being confined to a bed and placed under 24-hour care for the remainder of your life does not come cheap. My grandfather was able to live in his personal home with his family, obtain all the equipment to assist with his daily living, and was able to afford travels so he could vacation with the family. All of this was possible because of the hard work, dedication, expertise, and willingness of the Kelley & Uustal law group with Todd Falzone and his paralegal Jody leading the way. From day one you all came out in authority. The presence of accomplished was felt the moment I walked into the law firm and was constantly greeted by everyone in there without anyone knowing who I was and why was I there. Todd Falzone was by my side every step of the way, through depositions, hospital dilemmas, nursing home difficulties. I called him for everything, and he always responded, and when he could not Jody would always make the call. I was never ignored; I was treated more like family. The day of court I was so nervous, but Robert Kelley and Todd Falzone always looked over to their left where I was sitting with a bright smile on their face. I knew if they were smiling, I should have been smiling too. I also looked to the rear of the court room and saw Mr. Uustal there in support of his colleague, and I can remember thinking these guys are the real deal. Our Family suffered the tragic loss of a member in a motor vehicle accident where the third party was at Fault. Krupnick Law Firm worked diligently for us. They provided a team of lawyers - Kelly Hancock and Blake Dolman - together with their support staff, investigators and others as required. They were there for us legally and personally through the whole process, available at all times. They were professional and caring, taking the time to listen to us and to explain the law and the process every step of the way. We initiated a lawsuit, however prior to trial they negotiated an excellent settlement and were paid appropriately for the work the team completed on our behalf. I am a business person who routinely deals with lawyers and other professionals on a regular basis . I have no hesitation in recommending them and the firm. I'm not at all happy with the services rendered by this law firm. Their not responsive, you have to constantly chase them down for any updated information, they sound scripted each and every time you call them. If they are unsure of the outcome of your case they treat you and your process very non chalant. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone period!

I’ll try to make this review not as lengthy but transparent and to the point. As a legal company they got the Job done. Mariana was literally my Go-to. She is the only reason I stayed with this law company. My accident happened in June of 2018 and I just completed everything in may of 2021. So it took some time. Mr.Michael esq. Was helpful as well. What I didn’t like is I went through literally 6 different paralegals or assistants and it became so frustrating as a client to have to break down my case and explain everything time after time. What I can appreciate is when Mariana said she was going to make sure everything was taking care of she meant that. She was accountable as hell and at this time I can’t do anything but rave about how persistent she was. Overall I give them 5 stars I just wanted to be transparent bc over the course of 3 years it wasn’t easy I wanted to give up but it was definitely worth it!
