I'm not at all happy with the services rendered by this law firm. Their not responsive, you have to constantly chase them down for any updated information, they sound scripted each and every time you call them. If they are unsure of the outcome of your case they treat you and your process very non chalant. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone period!

Our Family suffered the tragic loss of a member in a motor vehicle accident where the third party was at Fault. Krupnick Law Firm worked diligently for us. They provided a team of lawyers - Kelly Hancock and Blake Dolman - together with their support staff, investigators and others as required. They were there for us legally and personally through the whole process, available at all times. They were professional and caring, taking the time to listen to us and to explain the law and the process every step of the way. We initiated a lawsuit, however prior to trial they negotiated an excellent settlement and were paid appropriately for the work the team completed on our behalf. In my 30 years of working with attorneys in various areas, I've never come across an attorney & team more competent, diligent, proactive and effective in addition to being extremely pleasant to work with. I wouldn't even give a star ..they told me the case would change my life and t hen sold me out 4 the lowest bid.trolley accident in 2015 got me2800$ in 2020.My81 bus accident in 2016 100$.00 in 2020 and blamed me for being 51 in other accidents.i wanted to go trial with trial lawyer the boss called me to tell me HE settled my case for the low bid and didn't care what I wanted they use to b good now thre milking cows.I would NEVER refer them. I graduated from B..c college I'm a paralegal ...just confirmed the lie about my 2016 other case they had said noone wanted to give me money only 100.00 settlement right sign to release we did all we could strait from jason now who allegedly wins y did he lie when i had a hearing set for court this month i just looked at the court website blatelently do not trust them they lie and hold cases then u lose..do better go elsewhere bad business lies deceit waiting years and 100. could be u next farewell bad attorneys ill never talk good about this agency the real attorneys no longer work there i see y .Even my trial attorney left to a new business lol now u see y they embaress their own with their disrespectful unethical representation on God.

As I scan through the 5 star reviews, I wish it was me saying these great things about Joseph and his firm. For FIVE (5) years I got the run-around; the staff is a revolving door, and every 6 months a new legal-aide assigned to my case……going on for FIVE YEARS. The case went EXTREMELY COLD, and we never saw our day in court because he just threw my case to the “low priority” bucket. Eventually, I had to cut ties with him (had I known how easy it was to fire your attorney, I would have done so years ago). Unless you are a slam dunk case where he can easily sue an insurance company, then enjoy being in legal purgatory for many, many years as your case (and your sanity) rots into darkness.

Wonderful and personalized service. Attorney Madalon had a great memory when it comes conversations. For example, I met him in an Uber ride a year and half ago where we struck a great conversation where he gave me his business card. When I needed his services a year and half later, I called him and before I continued with the conversation, he remembered my voice and the conversation we had. I found Mr. White and his associates to be professional and courteous. My case was resolved quickly, within a year, without me having to go to trial. I felt the settlement was fair and fit the circumstances. Ultimately, I would have been happy to have received a higher award, but I am aware that in these Covid-19 times, there are many legal limitations which would have required a longer wait to completion of the case. I was glad that Duffy’s understood that I had suffered injuries that will affect and limit me in some ways for a very long time, if not forever, and took responsibility for their lack of maintenance of the property, which caused my fall.
