Our Family suffered the tragic loss of a member in a motor vehicle accident where the third party was at Fault. Krupnick Law Firm worked diligently for us. They provided a team of lawyers - Kelly Hancock and Blake Dolman - together with their support staff, investigators and others as required. They were there for us legally and personally through the whole process, available at all times. They were professional and caring, taking the time to listen to us and to explain the law and the process every step of the way. We initiated a lawsuit, however prior to trial they negotiated an excellent settlement and were paid appropriately for the work the team completed on our behalf. I am a business person who routinely deals with lawyers and other professionals on a regular basis . I have no hesitation in recommending them and the firm. In my 30 years of working with attorneys in various areas, I've never come across an attorney & team more competent, diligent, proactive and effective in addition to being extremely pleasant to work with. I highly recommend giving this Law Firm a call if you were involved in a car accident. Not only did my attorney do an exceptional job, but his office manager, Iesha, was great to work with. Never had I experienced what I experienced while working with this firm. Both my attorney and Iesha expressed on numerous occasions that my well being and recovery was the most important thing for them. They both are empathetic and care about one receiving the appropriate treatments for recovery. They made me feel as if I was a family relative and that is something that is hard to come by. What made this experience even better is that their communication skills are spectacular. I can not let another year go by without expressing our gratitude and the humility we have for the Kelley & Uustal Law Group. Although my grandfather has passed away as of April 2020, he lived a long 13 years of financial stability which afforded him to fund his own life and to continue to take care of his existing family. Being confined to a bed and placed under 24-hour care for the remainder of your life does not come cheap. My grandfather was able to live in his personal home with his family, obtain all the equipment to assist with his daily living, and was able to afford travels so he could vacation with the family. All of this was possible because of the hard work, dedication, expertise, and willingness of the Kelley & Uustal law group with Todd Falzone and his paralegal Jody leading the way. From day one you all came out in authority. The presence of accomplished was felt the moment I walked into the law firm and was constantly greeted by everyone in there without anyone knowing who I was and why was I there. Todd Falzone was by my side every step of the way, through depositions, hospital dilemmas, nursing home difficulties. I called him for everything, and he always responded, and when he could not Jody would always make the call. I was never ignored; I was treated more like family. The day of court I was so nervous, but Robert Kelley and Todd Falzone always looked over to their left where I was sitting with a bright smile on their face. I knew if they were smiling, I should have been smiling too. I also looked to the rear of the court room and saw Mr. Uustal there in support of his colleague, and I can remember thinking these guys are the real deal. My grandfather’s entire case was expensive and the care he received prior to winning the case was even more expensive. But the amount the Kelley & Uustal firm won far more exceeded my grandfather’s expenses. The sum was life changing for our family and I am and forever grateful that the Kelley & Uustal Law Group got justice for my family! As I scan through the 5 star reviews, I wish it was me saying these great things about Joseph and his firm. For FIVE (5) years I got the run-around; the staff is a revolving door, and every 6 months a new legal-aide assigned to my case……going on for FIVE YEARS. The case went EXTREMELY COLD, and we never saw our day in court because he just threw my case to the “low priority” bucket. Eventually, I had to cut ties with him (had I known how easy it was to fire your attorney, I would have done so years ago). Unless you are a slam dunk case where he can easily sue an insurance company, then enjoy being in legal purgatory for many, many years as your case (and your sanity) rots into darkness.

Wonderful and personalized service. Attorney Madalon had a great memory when it comes conversations. For example, I met him in an Uber ride a year and half ago where we struck a great conversation where he gave me his business card. When I needed his services a year and half later, I called him and before I continued with the conversation, he remembered my voice and the conversation we had.
