I can not let another year go by without expressing our gratitude and the humility we have for the Kelley & Uustal Law Group. Although my grandfather has passed away as of April 2020, he lived a long 13 years of financial stability which afforded him to fund his own life and to continue to take care of his existing family. Being confined to a bed and placed under 24-hour care for the remainder of your life does not come cheap. My grandfather was able to live in his personal home with his family, obtain all the equipment to assist with his daily living, and was able to afford travels so he could vacation with the family. All of this was possible because of the hard work, dedication, expertise, and willingness of the Kelley & Uustal law group with Todd Falzone and his paralegal Jody leading the way. From day one you all came out in authority. The presence of accomplished was felt the moment I walked into the law firm and was constantly greeted by everyone in there without anyone knowing who I was and why was I there. Todd Falzone was by my side every step of the way, through depositions, hospital dilemmas, nursing home difficulties. I called him for everything, and he always responded, and when he could not Jody would always make the call. I was never ignored; I was treated more like family. The day of court I was so nervous, but Robert Kelley and Todd Falzone always looked over to their left where I was sitting with a bright smile on their face. I knew if they were smiling, I should have been smiling too. I also looked to the rear of the court room and saw Mr. Uustal there in support of his colleague, and I can remember thinking these guys are the real deal. READ BEFORE HIRING: What an AWFUL experience! OVER 5 years to get close to nothing for my settlement. Most unprofessional law firm I have ever dealt with. The law firm never answers to emails, return phone calls, or update their client as they should, and most importantly never explained the amount would change from 33 1/3 percent to 40 percent but yet they claim they want to get the most for their clients. For all the disappointments and lack of knowledge on my case they shouldn’t have charged for my case 40 percent because it wasn’t deserved. If the law firm would have been attentive of my case that wouldn’t be an issue in my eyes. If you want to wait many years for close to nothing and lawyers who just see you as a number hire them. Clueless about my case and prep you for five minutes before a deposition( which is a big deal) Uneducated on my case( mediation with another lawyer that wasn’t Ryan. I believe Adam. He has no idea about my case so why in the world was he out on my case without any knowledge of my medical history? The defense ate him up and he had no records of my medical history to defend my case. Lack of effort and organization. Highly disappointed in my outcome and would NOT recommend to anyone. In 5 years I spoke to Ryan maybe twice. The staff is constantly changing. The only person there that cares about the clients best interest is Maria. She gets 5 stars and more. I never met her but she was nothing but caring throughout these couple years and I hope she can get out of there because they do not deserve her. She pushed my case and that’s the only reason it was finally closed. Thank you Maria. You are an amazing person and you deserve the best.

I'm not at all happy with the services rendered by this law firm. Their not responsive, you have to constantly chase them down for any updated information, they sound scripted each and every time you call them. If they are unsure of the outcome of your case they treat you and your process very non chalant. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone period!

I graduated from B..c college I'm a paralegal ...just confirmed the lie about my 2016 other case they had said noone wanted to give me money only 100.00 settlement right sign to release we did all we could strait from jason now who allegedly wins y did he lie when i had a hearing set for court this month i just looked at the court website blatelently do not trust them they lie and hold cases then u lose..do better go elsewhere bad business lies deceit waiting years and 100. could be u next farewell bad attorneys ill never talk good about this agency the real attorneys no longer work there i see y .Even my trial attorney left to a new business lol now u see y they embaress their own with their disrespectful unethical representation on God.

After being injured in an on the job accident in November of 2020, a friend of mine recommended the services of Wolf & Pravato, who I promptly called, and Vince came directly to my place of residence the very same day. The accident occurred while I was working, and my car was completely destroyed. Unfortunately, the injuries I sustained required surgery, and in addition to that, I also tested positive for Covid-19 within the same time frame. The world was literally caving in on me, and these people (Wolf & Pravato) were with me every step of the way. The coordination of all the doctor appointments, physical therapy, surgery – post op and everything in between – they were there! My case manager, Melissa, even gave me her personal phone number and told me to call if I needed anything. The accident severely affected my livelihood, as I was unable to work in an already fractured economy due to the pandemic. I immediately applied for unemployment, but this is a process that takes months of jumping through hoops before collecting a dime – and Wolf & Pravato were able to provide me with several loans over a 6 month process, to the likes of which I wouldn't have remained afloat without. They were literally like lifesavers to me. And in terms of the actual settlement, Wolf & Pravato were able to get me the maximum amount according to my accident and case. Words cannot express my gratitude. This truly is an outfit that cares about their clients. Their quality of service is rare in today's world. They are above and beyond the normal standard. I was referred to Wolf & Pravato from a work acquaintance; he had used them and spoke positive of his experience.
