I was unfortunately injured in a car accident that was not my fault. The insurance companies were very uncaring and treated me like I had somehow done something wrong. I was first extremely impressed with the fast call back! But after telling the first person why I was calling, then transferred to another... Told my long story again... Then transferred AGAIN and told my story an exhausting third time I was pretty much done. Lady on the phone used a few law terms I was unsure of what they meant and what they were asking me. So I asked the lady to explain what she meant. She then answered my question with a question using the same terms! I had to try and look up what she meant on my phone while trying to answer her. After everything she tells me that she doesn't believe they can help me and asked if I could hold and she would transfer me to a different Florida Attorney. I held for a minute and just hung up. Spectrum drilled a hole in my washing machine drain pipe and after 7 months found the leak in my wall and have a serious mold issue in my home and being told my family and I have to evacuate. Thanks for NOT helping Morgan & Morgan.

My experience with this Law Firm unfortunately was not good at all. From the beginning trying to get a return call was an issue. Then there was not getting a specialist in a timely manner for a surgery I needed from a slip and fall case. I had to wait over 8 months to finally get someone, only for it to happen during the pandemic and the shutdown. I never got to see the specialist since people in their office do not communicate and my case was being settled before my treatment was even complete. To make a long story short, I never got my knee surgery and not even my case could be settled out in a timely manner. Also,, I received $10,000 less than I was told I would get after all the deductions. Very dissapointing, stressful, painful and aggrevating situation to deal with. I would NEVER, EVER recommend them.
