Recently we had an opportunity to use this firms services for an accident. The laws and interactions of multiple insurance providers was very confusing and Karl was extremely supportive and helpful getting through that process. They answered all questions and guided us through a very stressful time and without their assistance I am sure we would not have had the positive outcome. They kept us informed at all times and always got back to us timely when we had questions. I hope I don't need their services again but would call them no matter what if I needed them in the future.

My family and I came to Terrell and Hogans office about 4 years ago after meeting with 3 other firms here in Jacksonville. My family and I suffered a great loss, our father. He was killed by physician's negligence. Wayne Hogan had me meet with Chris Shakib, Mr. Hogan and Chris changed my families life forever and selecting their firm to work with was a defining moment is my families life. Over a period of 3 years Chris worked on our case incurring several hundred thousand dollars in expenses for our case, yes hundreds of thousands of dollars in just expenses they they paid for in advance, something we could have never done. I cant even image the number of hours Chris spent work on our case. In the end Chris finally reached the goal we all hoped for, the physician paid for his crime. Although justice is never possible when it involves a death, Chris made it so that my little brother doesn't have to worry about paying for college and the rest of my siblings have some kind of financial peace. We had many opportunities over the years settle the case and be done with it but I followed Chris' advice and we kept at the defendant and the co-defendants, fighting the case to the very end. The amount of evidence and expert witness that his team produced was utterly amazing, the more I learned about the facts involving my fathers death showed me why Chris was so adamant that we not accept a simple "leave us a alone pay off" that most attorneys would have happily encouraged us to take. Chris was passionate about our case and passionate about his work, he showed me the evidence, he taught me a great deal, which truly help me understand the complicated chain of events that led to my fathers death. He showed me that circumstances of my fathers death were not an accident but a string of negligence that all the defendants tried very hard to play off. In the end they came to realize the facts and that they had no chance at winning in front of the jury. They lost and they lost badly. Chris' and Mr. Hogans hard work and commitment changed the course of my families life. We will all be eternally grateful for their passionate work and their personal dedication to do the right thing. 5 stars for these guys. Without going into too much detail, my case was being handled by the big law firm that you hear on the radio and tv 20 times every hour and was getting no where for a year or more. Very frustrated. I switched to Pendas and Hays took over my case. Within half the time I was with blank & blank law firm, Hays got my case settled without going to court for a sum that dwarfed what the other guys were advising me to take. I highly recommend Hays Mathis not only because he does the work to get it done but he cares about the client and outcome as well! The office staff was awesome as well. Call Hays at Pendas if you want a law firm that will get the job done right!

I was hit from behind on the interstate and there wasn't much damage to my car. I hit my head pretty hard on the steering wheel and had severe back pain. The attorney made sure he got me a great settlement offer even though my car wasn't totaled. The staff found me a chiropractor near me and answered all of my questions. One thing I like best about this firm is how well they communicate. They kept me updated every step of the way and explained everything so that I could understand. Hopefully I never get in a car accident again but I will be sure to tell my friends and family to use this firm if they ever get in an accident.

Wow! I highly recommend Randy and their team. This review will not express enough how happy and grateful I am to have worked with this law office. Camila and Bonnie were amazing. First of all let me tell you that I called about 5 or 6 law offices including Morgan & Morgan and Farah & Farah when I had my car accident back in January and nobody wanted to help. They put me at fault in the police report and it was so unfair. I was disappointed, especially from all “the good reputation” big law offices have. Anyways, just before losing hope I remembered one of the employees at the chiropractors office had referred me to Camila. I decided to give her a call and I’m so glad I did. She was THE ONLY ONE WILLING TO LISTEN AND HELP. I couldn’t believe it. I went to their office in downtown and started working with them. I just got my settlement and I promise you that this law office is great! If you are looking for a car injury attorney go to them. They also speak Spanish and Portuguese. I don’t like to use my name when I write reviews but they will know who this is. Thank you guys again. You are awesome!!!

Farah & Farah took my car accident case and help me through all the processes I needed for my health and insurances. My case manager (Michelle Ramirez) was excellent, she keep me informed all the time I was able to text, call, email and fax all the documents required in an easy and comfortable way. She make sure I understand everything on every step of the way of the case. Fees are reasonable and they take care of basically everything for you.
