As we all know the feeling after a car accident is filled with uncertainties. Many feelings become cluttered and overwhelming so having a great injury lawyer and law firm team is highly necessary. I will admit, initially I was reserved about hiring a law firm to represent me. The process can be difficult to understand. However, after searching for the right law firm to handle my case I was recommended to Hancock injury and I cannot be more happy with the decision I made to hire them. Throughout the process I was, in full contact with every team member of this law firm including my lawyer Mike Hancock. This local law firm, really is a hidden gem! Their commitment to you is exceptional. The legality of the case was made easy to understand and most of all I felt fully represented. From beginning to end I was comfortable with the decisions being made and most of all I felt supported. After a pending case I was relieved to hear that my case had settled and all my needs were met. The quality they placed in my case was personable and valued. I truly cannot thank them enough. Even after my case settled and closed, their need to continue a great rapport with me is commendable and highly appreciated. My advice to anyone looking for a firm to represent them, is to, do your research, find an appropriately sized firm and find an attorney that is going to value you every step of the way. Cory is one of the most highly respected and competent attorneys. He represented me in a car accident where I had several herniated and bulging disk. He was diligent in making sure the Insurance companies knew that the injuries were serious and that I needed extensive treatment. I did an extensive research before I chose The Baird Law Group and after reading reviews on all websites and reading about Cory's stellar credentials, I decided he was going to represent me after my nasty accident. I was very impressed that any time I needed to talk to him, he would be there or return my call within the hour. He took the time to explain all my options and what the process would be. Christy took great care of me after I was rear ended. It was all very new for me being 21 when I was hit but she took her time to explain everything and kept me frequently updated throughout the case and always checking in to see how I am doing. Also working well with the doctors I wanted to be treated with. I am happy to say we won and I was compensated for the damages! They take good care of you in a vulnerable time, pure intentions and care taken for their clients. Just make sure you continue treatment even if you feel better.... later on that little accident has great affects and you deserve full benefits of care!! Dominic and Shon handled my case with the utmost professionalism and responsiveness. I am updating my review because recently I have been sent hospital bills from my car accident that happened in 2019. I was informed that everything was paid off and magically I got a $1,500 bill from my hospital visit the following year from the same accident. I’ve reached out to the law firm multiple times only to be told somebody will get back with me and of course they never did. I was told that wasn’t apart of my accident, although it was, the bill is for the same date and has my car insurance policy on there as the reference number, and then was informed that I already signed papers stating they paid for everything, which obviously they didn’t. Haley doesn’t respond to e-mails either and you’ll just get the run around. Unacceptable and unprofessional.

I highly recommend this firm if you have been in an auto accident. I called them after an accident and they immediately schedule me for a free consultation. This firm helped me through Chapter 13. The experience of having to file bankruptcy is a hard one. Nock Fowler was awesome to work with. He was very responsive to all my questions. When we had difficulty with a creditor charging unwarranted fed during the bankruptcy period Nick was very quick to get it shut down. I highly recommend this firm.
