My son was severely injured on his motorcycle when he was hit by a driver who turned into ongoing traffic and smashed into him and his motorcycle. I saw him after the crash and it was one of the worst days of my entire life! I saw him bedridden, I saw him in excoriating pain, and I saw him think his life would never be the same. It was a terrible experience for a mother to see their only child go through something like this. I didn’t know where to turn so I went to my friend Wendy who works at Swope, Rodante P.A. and she set up a meeting between the firm and my son. I could tell that they weren’t your typical billboard attorneys, they were different – they cared about my son’s well being. Stephanie Miles, Brandon Cathey, and Casey Gartland worked on my son’s case and they truly worked so very hard! When it finally came time for the trial, they were all laser focused on the task at hand, which was to get my son justice for the dreams that were shattered when he was hit by that car. When the trial was over justice had prevailed, and it’s absolutely all because of the hard work and determination of Stephanie, Brandon, and Casey along with the rest of the Swope, Rodante team. They were amazing, caring, compassionate at our time of hardship. Life will never be the same for my son, but the team worked hard to give him hope on a new future. Watching Dale Swope fight for justice for my family was one of the most inspiring experiences of my life. Through his warmth and compassion, Dale eased an enormous amount of stress and anxiety that we felt deeply burdened with. What impressed me the most about Dale was his skillful ability in handling opposing counsel. It actually became entertaining watching Dale exercise his knowledge and sharp intellect when meeting with attorneys and I enjoyed watching him fight for us during our settlement meeting. The more I saw him in “action” the more I could sense his wholehearted desire for a victorious outcome for my family. Our working relationship ended with Dale after he won our case, but he continues to be a fixture in our family, and I consider him a lifelong friend based on the attentiveness and dedication he showed to me.

I called Fernandez Law Group in January to look at a possible case regarding my father's death. I signed the paperwork and got all the documents they requested. Its been 7 months and I haven't heard a word from them. I've emailed and called and no response. Whether there is a case or not a return email would have been nice. At this point um giving up. Not impressed.

As we all know the feeling after a car accident is filled with uncertainties. Many feelings become cluttered and overwhelming so having a great injury lawyer and law firm team is highly necessary. I will admit, initially I was reserved about hiring a law firm to represent me. The process can be difficult to understand. However, after searching for the right law firm to handle my case I was recommended to Hancock injury and I cannot be more happy with the decision I made to hire them. Throughout the process I was, in full contact with every team member of this law firm including my lawyer Mike Hancock. This local law firm, really is a hidden gem! Their commitment to you is exceptional. The legality of the case was made easy to understand and most of all I felt fully represented. From beginning to end I was comfortable with the decisions being made and most of all I felt supported. After a pending case I was relieved to hear that my case had settled and all my needs were met. The quality they placed in my case was personable and valued. I truly cannot thank them enough. Even after my case settled and closed, their need to continue a great rapport with me is commendable and highly appreciated. I can’t even begin to explain my appreciation towards everything Abrahamson & Uiterwyk did for me! I was in a car accident and I had no idea what to do. They made it very easy for me. I really just needed to keep getting my treatment (which I needed to do anyways in order to relieve some pain). Anytime I had a question, all I had to do was text my paralegal, (Tina for the beginning stages and Amy until the end). Their response time was unbelievably fast, so I never had to sit and wonder about anything. I had no idea what options where available to me but they explained everything to me and made sure I understood. My case was resolved outside of court in a timely fashion, faster than I anticipated. Christy took great care of me after I was rear ended. It was all very new for me being 21 when I was hit but she took her time to explain everything and kept me frequently updated throughout the case and always checking in to see how I am doing. Also working well with the doctors I wanted to be treated with. I am happy to say we won and I was compensated for the damages! They take good care of you in a vulnerable time, pure intentions and care taken for their clients. Just make sure you continue treatment even if you feel better.... later on that little accident has great affects and you deserve full benefits of care!! This is a great Law Firm. The team they have is an extraordinary one, they are always top of the game.
