My son was severely injured on his motorcycle when he was hit by a driver who turned into ongoing traffic and smashed into him and his motorcycle. I saw him after the crash and it was one of the worst days of my entire life! I saw him bedridden, I saw him in excoriating pain, and I saw him think his life would never be the same. It was a terrible experience for a mother to see their only child go through something like this. I didn’t know where to turn so I went to my friend Wendy who works at Swope, Rodante P.A. and she set up a meeting between the firm and my son. I could tell that they weren’t your typical billboard attorneys, they were different – they cared about my son’s well being. Stephanie Miles, Brandon Cathey, and Casey Gartland worked on my son’s case and they truly worked so very hard! When it finally came time for the trial, they were all laser focused on the task at hand, which was to get my son justice for the dreams that were shattered when he was hit by that car. When the trial was over justice had prevailed, and it’s absolutely all because of the hard work and determination of Stephanie, Brandon, and Casey along with the rest of the Swope, Rodante team. They were amazing, caring, compassionate at our time of hardship. Life will never be the same for my son, but the team worked hard to give him hope on a new future. Watching Dale Swope fight for justice for my family was one of the most inspiring experiences of my life. Through his warmth and compassion, Dale eased an enormous amount of stress and anxiety that we felt deeply burdened with. What impressed me the most about Dale was his skillful ability in handling opposing counsel. It actually became entertaining watching Dale exercise his knowledge and sharp intellect when meeting with attorneys and I enjoyed watching him fight for us during our settlement meeting. The more I saw him in “action” the more I could sense his wholehearted desire for a victorious outcome for my family. I called Fernandez Law Group in January to look at a possible case regarding my father's death. I signed the paperwork and got all the documents they requested. Its been 7 months and I haven't heard a word from them. I've emailed and called and no response. Whether there is a case or not a return email would have been nice. At this point um giving up. Not impressed.

I can’t even begin to explain my appreciation towards everything Abrahamson & Uiterwyk did for me! I was in a car accident and I had no idea what to do. They made it very easy for me. I really just needed to keep getting my treatment (which I needed to do anyways in order to relieve some pain). Anytime I had a question, all I had to do was text my paralegal, (Tina for the beginning stages and Amy until the end). Their response time was unbelievably fast, so I never had to sit and wonder about anything.
